Not have your system down it was horrible we drove over 300 miles and had to sit and wait because your system was down we were behind for hours had to get an hotel spend money we didn't have very disappointed

keith bI’ve rented a truck and trailer about this time of year for three consecutive years now and each time it’s been smooth sailing with the pick up and return.
JEROME HI delivered the truck a day early because of the weekend and they charged me an after hours delivery fee and a fuel charge but it was delivered at the correct fuel level, I felt it was unfair, it is what it is what can ya do they have your card number to charge.
LARRY LNo was there to check equipment in.

David MJose was very easy to work with. If you have to pick up a trailer after hours or drop one off he is very accommodating. He will even open up the shop after hours to help you to be able to get on the road. This is hometown service at its best
Robert MTruck was not good. It made so much noise and was dirty when I picked it up. The truck sounded like it was going to fall apart while I was driving it.

Keith SRented a pick up, had to spend 50 bucks at auto zone for a sleeve and ball, as one wasn't available, to tow a trailer I rented, also from uhaul, it was non returnable nor did I get a discount for the inconvenience.

Paula AThe truck I was given was not ready for driving or rental. The truck was nasty inside and out. The cargo hold leaked when it rained and got our loaded items wet. The steering on the truck really loose and was terrible for long distance driving. The reservation was changed after I initially submitted my pickup location and I had to go out of my way to pick it up.

Amanda VWell I had Covid I told them to pick up the truck at my house because I was at a stay at home order per governer. And he called the cops saying I was stealing the truck. While I could not talk or breath. They got the truck I still have the keys I think $50 back to me and u can have the truck keys I'd a pretty good trade. If not it costs like 800 to redo the set

Jesus LFor self pick up was alot. I think I got charged twice because my phone was acting up and instead of my $66 I got charged $138 and I don't know how to request a refund for that second charge. I rented a dolly but it wasn't on back of truck. I think verifying should be done when making the reservation, that way day of you don't have to go through the hassles.
Nichole Sdue to comments, I didn't want to work with these folks, However, to to situations outside of my control, I had too. The equipment/trailer, was old and beat up and dirty! Honestly, I didn't know if the trailer would make it from Alamogordo to Tulsa. It did. The people that I dealt with were rude and not personable. They did the minimum they had to in order to get the trailer out and gone. Would I use them again, NO.

ISAIAH CThis place was never opened when they said they would be. Actually they weren't opened the whole day when I was supposed to accept my vehicle. Also my rental equipment was not available for me during my online check in. Only the truck was there
