The locations were fine, but Your Web and mobile apps are horrible. The pickup times for mobile pickup don't make sense. If you are there one minute after scheduled pickup time the app does not allow the pickup. Customer service is slow and waiting 30 minutes for a call back is unacceptable. Although the location had the keys in the pickup box, UHAL did not have the information, forcing me to either go to another location or wait 2 hours for the reserved location to open. At the new location, the web site requested the same info as what was on the initial reservation. It also asked for an alternate contact phone number. When going through the ID verification process on the Web app, the app populated the wrong information in the state license field, forcing errors and rework, Then it asked for a second form of identity - since we don't carry passports around in the use, I selected the alternate contact (my wife). However, it rejected her number because it says it was the same number as the reservation - not true - it was the alternate contact used on the reservation. This mess delayed my move by 2 hours with an additional cost to me for the helpers. Will never use this again and will not recommend it to friends.Miguel B.
I dropped the trailer in the first night of my rental but got charged for two days. I called the location and they said the manager would call me back to explain why I was charged for two days when I only used it one and they never called me back.Valerie S.

My comment has nothing to do with the location, but with the trailer itself. On our way to Philadelphia we rented a 5x8 that doors that swung outward from the back of the trailer. It worked out perfectly. On our way back to Seattle we rented a 5x8 that had a roll up door. The trailer was very full on the way to Seattle and our boxes tended to settle against the roll up door as we were driving. This made it impossible to then open the roll up door since the weight of those boxes against it keep it from sliding upwards in it's track. I had to literally move forward and then slam on the brakes to get the cargo to shift forward before we could open the door each evening. I suggest you only ever purchase trailers that have swing-out doors. They are so much easier to use!Matthew C.

Location difficult for me to find, even with GPS, since I'm not familiar with this area. Have to take Marginal Ave (which has no street sign) to access Crescent Blvd drop off point). Maybe a map that shows the streets wd be of help (to seniors like me) to better understand how to get there.Virginia G.

Awesome customer service at this location. Only thing to be improved is the mobile check-in process. It took 20 minutes to complete whereas I thought I would just show up and go. Setting the expectation that it will take 15-20 minutes to check-in would have let me prepare accordingly timewise. Will definitely be using U-Haul again!Mark G.

Window on the passenger side of the truck was left down, snow was inside of the truck, I was told I had to remove the snow off truck and windshield, because there was only one employee there. This is not true, there was a lady behind the desk and a gentleman also onsite. Inside was dirty as well.Truck was not inspected by UHual employees after last reservation obviously. There was never a apology, how can they fix this, nothing! Overall, highly dissatisfied, will never use this location ever again, and will not recommend. KIMBERLY H.
Dig the trucks out of the snow when it snows and make sure the tire pressure is correct. Addressing these issues added time and money to my rental. Also, make sure the staff is fully aware of how the pricing works. Ultimately, if I needed a truck, this place is close enough that I overlooked some of the issues I had with the rental. If the location was farther away, I wouldn't put up with the hassle.Theo S.

Truck was not at location at my reserved time, which is "guaranteed" by UHAUL. Rental person was unwilling to call previous renters to see how long it would be until they returned the truck. My only option was to call 800-GO-UHAUL to make another reservation. This delayed me by 1 hour, and I had to take a larger truck than I wanted to.JOSEPH M.

I want to make UHaul aware that I am a faithful customer. My experience today was awful to say the least. The truck had less than a quarter tank of gas, was dirty, and the customer service was nonexistent. The Pennsauken branch is running a scam. They want the customer to do all the work, take the mileage and pay for more gas than the management provided. I expressed my disgust to the admin at the desk. I was going to use UHaul on October 1 when I move to my new condo. I will use another company. You lost a customer today. The audacity of the owner and desk clerk to treat ME like a jerk was disgraceful. I will pay more money to another company just so I can forget a company like UHaul trying to rip me off.Marisa T.

I was supposed to pick up my rental at 11:30 pm. I was there a half hour early and the ap would not give me access to my order. I then waited on hold for 45 min to talk to a representative before I was finally able to start the processâ€¦..then, when it prompted me to locate the truck it was boxed in all all ends and I was unable to get itâ€¦â€¦I then had to wait on hold again for another half an hour before the representative tells me to rescheduleâ€¦â€¦.I had this move planned for weeks and I was traveling nearly 600 miles and the company's representative suggested that I â€œrescheduleâ€â€¦â€¦.after nearly 2 hours I was redirected to another location to pick up another truck with none of the rental equipment that I orderedâ€¦â€¦â€¦THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!Raymond R.
