The benefit of this location is it is close and works. There is no staff on site but the drop off with the app was easy and quick.

Clean out trucks. Ensure that tires are safe i.e. wear bars should not be showing. Truck definitely had a front end probl em and was hard to control,(wandered excessively and shook at highway speed)

I made it a point to get the vehicle in person and wanted to return it in person. When I returned with the truck a little after 1 pm I was disappointed to see the office closed until 1:45. So I had to leave the key in a drop box and hope that all would be well. It did turn out that the milage was correctly calculated on my amended receipt. Now I will just check my credit card and make sure I am not charged incorrectly.
