This is no longer a drop off spot. The business was closed and there was no drop box for keys. It added a lot of stress to my moving day.

The owner was great. She was very accommodating but the equipment was not in good shape and she didn't have the supplies I ordered. I had to call U-Haul roadside to have a new battery put in as well.

This location is fine but Fuck UHAUL they are some bullshit and over charging like a mf

Even though the truck I had reserved was not available due to the previous customer not returning the vehicle, Yolanda was incredibly helpful in first, attempting to contact the main U-Haul traffic number to locate another 10' truck and, when they were not answering, calling many other locations in the Atlanta to try to find the vehicle. In the end, Yolanda showed me that the van could serve my needs (although I did require an extra trip that would not have been necessary with the 10' truck). In all sincerity, if it had not been for Yolanda, I likely would use alternatives to U-Haul for my future needs.

On the app it's says you can pick up trucks at this location using your mobile phone you cannot the owner showed up 2 hours after my reservation was scheduled it took 4 days of relentless calling to speak with someone who could help me at uhaul this is a terrible company rent from one of the others if you can

When I walked in the lady in the store was on a personal call. She asked me to hold on while she finished her call. The call continued for at least 10 minutes before I was helped.
