The guy at the counter that helped me was very rude and not helpful at all. Didn't speak much English either. I also didn't receive a receipt or anything. I only used 5 miles on the cargo van and was over charged. Very disappointed.
Savanna M.I am writing to express my disappointment with the truck I rented. I picked it up and the gas tank was 2 miles to empty. Also, the back of the truck was very filthy and there was pieces of garbages scattered throughout. In addition I was supposed to have a dolly/equipment that was not included. All in all the service and experience was abysmal. I will not be choosing U-Haul again.

Dwayne L.I was overcharged by furniture blankets and mileage. I should have been given six blankets. I was given not one, I was charged for all six. I put 31 miles on the rental. I was charged 50 miles at $1,19 per mile. I tried to show my pictures of the beginning and ending mileages, they didn't even care. The customer service was rude and very unprofessional. When I said I would dispute the bill, the store employee said go dispute. And had no more acknowledgment with me. This is a sorry excuse for a rental pick up place. Corner of HWY 301 & Causeway blvd. Riverview Fl. ( Marathon gas station).
carl M.super rude attendant, treated me badly and was extremely ignorant with me. i would honestly take uhall out of that place because we all know how uhall is a respectable company. i will never use the uhall in that place again and i will tell everyone i know to do the same.

Janely G.Due to having USAA coverage we never opt for the insurance (14). Today we used a 10ft truck for a whole 6 miles and was charged a refueling fee and they optioned us into the insurance even though we selected no! I'm fine with paying for services but not straight up taking advantage of!

kyle M.I used after hours drop off and while the location was convenient, there were few places to park the vehicles and no signage. When I went in to turn in the keys, the person said I couldn't drop the vehicle there. He tried to call his boss who he couldn't reach, he did eventually agree to accept the keys. It didn't give me a secure feeling, there was no drop box, no receipt, just a person behind the counter who at first said we couldn't drop off.

I have rented from your company on many occasions in the past but that has ended as of this rental. I guess the conversation the owner was having with an person was more important then taking care of me!

Manager was very nice and handled the situation but I know for next time to double check contract so there isn't any problems for next time. Other than that, service was good

MAGED M.Have been to this location before and had a great experience came in on a Friday to rent a truck and there customer service rep did not know how to do it so we ended up not running a truck and list missed out on an ideal situation. Came back on Sunday rented the truck was told to return it by 11 went to return the truck by 11 again the representative did not know how to take the truck in and argue with me about returning the truck. I would not recommend that U-Haul for anyone or to anyone.

Marta W.Website and app are horrible, wasn't able to do check in on app at all (but it worked for return of truck) and tried to use website, got to the part where you approve pictures of the truck and the website froze up and wouldn't go any further. Tried to call U-Haul- there was 28 min wait for a representative. Since I already had the keys to the truck I just took it and left without completing check in as my reservation was only for 2 hrs. Please fix your app and website.
