Please do not change selected drop off location to a random gas station with no U-Haul rep.
Josh W.The UHAUL technology made the check-in process extremely frustrating. The person checking me in at the location was so nice and was doing all she could, but the actual uhaul website for picking up my truck kept glitching and wouldn't let her submit my license. We ended up being there over an hour because it wouldn't let us proceed. I tried to call uhaul, and was on hold for 45 minutes by which time we got it figured out. I will not be using uhaul again if I can avoid it. Please fix this issue.

April H.Be careful when you reserve a week early and then UHaul changes your pick up location to a different city and your time the night before your set reservation and does not call you the day before, like UHaul said they will before 6pm. Be sure you call and talk to someone on phone before not just using online reservation. Was not very organized on where trucks were located for my set reservation since the set location was out of trucks.

DUANE ALLEN C.I was told I had to park and unhitch the trailer in a space myself and then park the truck. Then they almost charged me for another day because they said I was late by the time I parked everything myself. Also the truck gas wasn't quite on half when I got it (which I showed them a picture of it) and I didn't quite hit half when I put gas in it so they charged me for that even though I dropped it off as full as I received it

MARSHA C.By far the worst experience I've ever had. When I arrived to pick up the Uhaul, the cashier handed me his cell phone to talk to someone else about my reservation because he didn't know what to do. When I talked to the manager he hung up in my face after being completely unprofessional and rude- moments later he called the cashier back and the cashier then handed me keys and did not escort me out to the Uhaul. When I asked which one was I getting he said he didn't know so I had to walk around the parking lot to find the Uhaul myself with no initial walk through. It was by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

IVAN H.I had bought gas from this location and ended up buying a little more as it was just under 3/4. Which was a tad lower than I meant for it to be. But he tried to say it was at a half and wanted me to put in $5 more which would have been full. I took it at 3/4 when I picked it up. I put in just over $3 which put it up almost to 7/8. I guess it helps his business as it is in his gas station. Not the cleanest nicest location. But good hours still would not want to go back there.
ALLIENE V.No signage of what to do when you return. Went in App and submitted pictures, etc of mileage and cleanliness. No greeting from an employee until I was in line at convenience store.

eddie L.It was difficult to find a place to return U Haul especially with it being a 26 foot truck. The lady that assisted us with the return was very nice and helpful. The location was overall clean. The reason I rated low on inviting was due to difficulty in finding place to park
Doug W.I get there and first and foremost. The process of me getting the truck was a guy having to call another guy about me getting the truck. After that I get the keys and the truck doesn't start and then they had to jump the truck with another truck. The truck finally jumps and as I was leaving the truck didn't start back up. So then we had to call the guy again and then he finally gets me a truck that works. It took about 2 hours for me to leave I was behind my schedule. I tried to contact uhaul during but couldn't get a person on the phone after an hour and contacted thru chat trying to get my rate reduced and still no luck.
Courtnealan J.First off, the reservation started in Columbus GA, where we waited an hour and the employees said the person wasn't back yet and made us wait with no solution. They were it zero help. So my husband had to ask for a solution. We then had to drive 40 minutes out of the way and then back to go pick up another one. We were overcharged and the one we ended up with was 6 feet shorter. We were told we would received two credits for our trouble. Only received one. Picked the second uhaul up in the ghetto and she couldn't even tell us what we were going to be charged. An absolute nightmare and still no full resolution. Y'all need to have a plan in place when people don't bring back equipment on time because the women in Columbus GA were fully prepared for us to wait all day for them to get back, just so they didn't have to deal with it. Absolutely absurd poor customer service. When people are moving, they're already stressed out. Making matters worse for them, isn't a good business practice. We will never use uhaul again
