Timothy C.The woman showed up almost an hour late. She had her 70 year old mother try to get us checked in while the actual employee was doing something with her car. This was on top of being forced to drive from GA to AL because no trucks were available despite my reservation. Will not be coming back to this location, but will also probably not use UHaul ever again. Worst experience.
