No one could help me pick up the uhaul truck. No one told me about the uhaul app to retrieve the code. On top of waiting hour an half, customer service was terrible. A guy at Cougar wouldn't give me the the time or day to answer my question let along acknowledge me. My experience with uhaul was terrible!!!Dawn R.

The box was dirty with drywall/concrete dust , chunks of busted up flooring tile covered the ramp, and there was old half eaten food left inside. Looks like it as last used by a flooring contractor.Stanley W.

Returned vehicle same day and did return over the app on my phone. And returning the vehicle took me 30 miles out of my way. The weekend before was schedules to pick up a truck at Beer City in Scranton Pa for 6:00pm and at 7:30 pm had to cancel the truck due to the truck nit returning. When I booked the reservation I had picked a different location. All the confirmation emails I received from U-Haul had the location I reserved pick up at. When I arrived at that location there was no truck. I had to call to find out where I had to go to pick up the truck. Very disappointed and frustrated with this experience! Once I was at the correct location the person was pleasant. U-Haul needs to inform the customer that the location has changed!Timothy P.
The location was not the one that I reserved my truck at. It was further away and this caused me to go over in the mileage allotment. The auto shop was extremely dirty, and not very welcoming. The truck that I got was the only one they had. I also had reserved a hand truck, however they didn't have any there. In fact, I didn't see any type of uhaul moving supplies. I would not feel comfortable going there after dark or alone.Heather S.
Limited parking spaces. Returned on Sunday after hours with mobile connection taking photos of odometer, fuel guage and a shot of the interior and back cargo area. Easy to do I am glad I got it returned early because of a coming snowstorm.Justin B.
