Should get back all of your deposit instead 38 out 100 plus I put more gas than was in there I literally didn't make but 1 trip less den 15 miles literally

JEFFREY S.The app wasnt working when i tried to remote drop off the truck less than 7 hours after i recieved it (2 hours late on uhauls fault) so i couldnt return the truck securely and had to drive an additional 26 miles to be able to return it the next day . was told i was being charged for additional milage for having to drive the truck back home and not being physically able to return my uhaul cause photos of the odometer wouldnt upload. Now i have a balance of 21,98 because UHAULS app didnt work for the 2nd time that day. It had an additional 1/4 of a tank which cost me $50 so it was returned at 3/4 full and still she says i OWE YALL MORE MONEY. She let me leave with a promisary note but did not think i would get any sympathy or resolution from uhaul

Joseph H.I was told that the fuel tank was at 1/4 of a tank. Once I left i realized that it was actually at 1/8 of a tank. I returned it to another location and made sure that the tank was well over a 1/4 tank for the next guy.

Paul H.I'm not really sure who is responsible for assuring trailers are working safely but the lights didn't work on one side and they weren't able to fix it. Sent us home with trailer anyway and said someone would come to our house to fix them and to go ahead and start loading. Glad we didn't because he couldn't fix it and gave us a different trailer. Other lights didn't work on it so then he had to fix it. Finally nearly 2 hours after we picked it up we had a working trailer and we're able to start loading.

ADAM H.I reserved a week in advance. When I went to pick up the uhaul I had requested a dolly and trailer and truck. This location had none of these things. I waited 4 hours before I finally got my truck and trailer but no dolly. I had also reserved movers through them and I had to pay double because the uhaul wasn't ready when they said it would be. The staff at this place is not helpful at all and kept saying you'll have to call corporate without even trying to help. I spent 3 hours on hold with uhaul. Ridiculous! When I was loading my car on to the trailer the man helping me didn't put the ramps down correctly and my car fell off. Horrible. Horrible experience all together with these people.
MARLA F.As soon as I drove up someone came out to unhook the trailer from my truck - no waiting around or having to go inside for assistance. When I did go inside to check the trailer in, the people were very friendly and efficient. All in all, my best U-haul rental experience ever.

ERIC T.We had issues with the first location that we schedule to pick up at which is on Shed Rd in Bossier City. Was scheduled to pick up at 5:00pm, arrived at 4:50pm and the site was closed and locked up. Called customer support who found another location with the unit we needed at Cubby Hole. Found out that this is an ongoing problem with the location on Shed Rd, where they just are not there at any given time, I would hope that U-Haul would pull this locations ability to rent units.

FRED G.When pickingthe truck up, Uhaul system was down. Employees had no interest in finding a solution to rent the vehicle. Simply said our system is down. I had to call Uhaul and then an area manager called in to walk them through how to do it. I needed the truck and they were not concerned for my needs, only concerned with doing as little as possible.

Jack F.Possible add one or two wheel chocks to the trailer for safety if a customer needs to disconnect for any reason. I had to disconnect, and I had to improvise to find something that would keep the wheel from rolling.
Solomon W.I've rented two times recently using the web site. Your web site is not up to date with the equipment at the various locations. The first rental for a trailer was from a location according to the manager isn't supposed to rent trailers. She said it should be flagged n the web site they only rent trailers with trucks. Not trailers only. Didn't make sense to me. She was surprised I showed up to rent a trailer. I had to unhook one from a uhaul truck. The most recent experience at Cubbyhole 2 they didn't have furniture dollies. The website allowed me to rent the dollies only to find out they didn't have any. So your website needs to be improved to match up available equipment at the various sites. I had no issues with the sites with either rental. On line rental is very convenient. Work on the available equipment issue.
