Cayla T.This place is not nearly large enough to host truck rentals. The parking lot is WAY too small to maneuver the truck without danger of hitting something and the sales office is FILLED to the ceiling with tires. I had to wait for a very long time to check in the truck. The guy running the place was nice enough but he doesn't seem like he has the necessary experience.
Ted R.The service was better than expected. No hassles, no wait, and the young man was very polite and helpful. I can't think of any improvement needed.
Michael F.My main issue with uhaul is it only gave me 277 miles included which did not cover my trip. I went straight from uhaul to my house which was on my way to Athens to load, then went straight to my daughters house which was 2 miles from the drop off location and then after unloading went strap D10 Tires to drop off my truck snd went over my mileage. Very disappointing.
