Thoroughly explain to customers the hidden fees. And not just charge someone's card again after they've already paid. Then come up with some excuses for fees that weren't explained to the customer.

I dropped the truck off a few hours late after seeking approval from the headquarters. It was broad daylight when I dropped it off Tuesday and I put the key in the Dropbox as instructed. But I was still charged an additional day after being told that it's okay to drop it off by the end of the day Tuesday. I request a refund for the extra two days that I did not have the truck.

They were closed when we dropped off the truck, however the owner was contacted on the phone and was pleasant and helpful. As for the appearance of the location, it was typical for a tow yard in small town Mississippi. I didn't expect a pristine environment.

I had to pass my moving location by 30 miles and rent in clarksdale Ms which was an additional one hour round trip out of my way.. I used uhaul moving services and my load wasn't done properly and my furniture fell and was damaged.. i need to make a claim.. have pics!! Had two full bags of additional blankets that were not used and could have saved me damage!!!!

Wrong mileage given and no gas in truck at pick up for location change. Was accommodated in Little Rock some. At pick up no dolly availablable. Thought better service should have been provided pick up on reserved uhaul. Had to wait extra time at drop off for them to fix error made at pick up that could have taken less time at pick up.
