This location should never be allowed to rent your trucks again. They yelled and argued amongst themselves and to us and wouldn't pull up our contract, said they had quit U-Haul and we could just take the keys and go. They didn't care what we did with the truck. I have never been yelled at in public by a commercial business a day in my life. This has been a traumatic event when it should have been a great adventure for my daughter.

Great service. Checked the truck in within a timely manner. The lady that helped me was very professional and welcoming.
