I was able to schedule a contactless pickup online for 6am, but when attempting the pickup the morning scheduled I was told that I couldn't do the contactless quick pickup because the location didn't open until 10am. I wasn't notified of this at the time of scheduling. Then, when getting to the pickup location at 10, no one was working... I had to call three other U-Haul locations and was finally connected to a service manager, who was able to get me a truck. I lost 5 hours of move time and was still charged for all of it plus an extra moving unit because I ran out of time on the second day because of this delay. I would love to receive credit for at least one of the rental unit charges due to this huge issue.

Allen D.You need to get a roadside response. The door wouldn't close and I did a online request and I'm still waiting for the response. I called and 52 min later they respond only to tell me a lie. It was almost 5 hours waiting for someone to come.

Rich L.Point of contact in location was unavailable and unwilling to receive the equipment. Had some issues recovering left behind item on the vehicle and could not coordinate properly for recovery. I would never recommend this drop off location, they should stop doing business with U-Haul given their responses and attitude.
Moises D.I had selected the Safe Ship location to drop off at. The guy said that they were full and that we had to drop off at a location 2 miles down the road that was closed. The new location was actually 6 miles away (important when you are planning for the correct gas fill up!), the field we were told to park in was flooded and there was no one there to help unhook the trailer. We then found out that this is not an “authorized†location and that we should have called first. We did what a UHaul employee told us to do! Why would we call UHaul when we had direction from a UHaul employee. Upon trying to return the equipment, we are told we HAVE to download the UHaul app. This is crazy! Why let us select pickup and drop off locations if we can't really use them anyway???? Does UHaul not understand what a pain it is and how stressful it is to move???? Overall, I called my friend that is moving next week and advised that she use a different company, as I will be using a different company in the future! Drop off was a disaster!

Donna L.Reserved a time for 1pm. Owner calls me in the morning and wanted me to be there by 12:00 because he had to go to a car auction. The cleaners were at my house, I was moving. l had to grab my 2 dogs and leave for almost 45 mins with house unattended.. Plus he never went over the trailer with me. Then I had to hook the trailer up in a major thunderstorm. It wasn't a good experience. The week before I rented a auto transport trailer from a different Uhaul business. They were awesome.

I think she should have taken a truck and drove it to the other location herself since it was about 10 miles away.
