I am really very angry. When I rented the car, I said with great emphasis that I will leave the car in the North Vancouver area. But unfortunately, your employee had mistakenly registered the origin for the delivery of the car. I had to lose about 2 hours of my time in the middle of moving because of your mistake. and pay more for gas. And now I have to pay again with uber to get back to my home in North Vancouver. I am suing for this matter. You must make up for this mistake.

When filling up the tank. The needle moved very little at first. I thought it was not enough gasoline to reach what I needed to return it with, but then just by adding a few more litters it jumped to past mid tank. Which was more to what I was supposed to fill... Other than that all ok

1. Did not complete Vans walk around with me during pick up. When i inspected the car myself, i found numerous scratches (some had the 'X' sticker while many didnt). Went back into shop and asked to do a walk around together. Uhaul Manager responded, asked me to photogragh all the issues instead as it was "for my own good". Eventually a clerk did the walk around with me. Manager poor customer service and neglected my worries of car damage. 2. Vehicle exterior dusty, dirty, with bird poo covering front windsheild and side doors. Interior dusty with dirt/sand on seats and front tray. 3. Drop off at 4 pm but location was already closed at 3:50 pm. There was another person that returned their rental, and experienced the same thing. It was extremely unprofessional to close early. Especially if customer has issue checking, (which is what happen to the other guy returning his rental). Very poor.

I order a 20' truck and uhaul changed my order to a 10' truck without noticing me beforehand. The impost me two more trips and a lot more fuel and mileage.

From the time I booked the vehicle over the phone to actually processing the transaction in person and then the return. -. she made the whole experience A very pleasant one. Double check your reservation to confirm you have the correct location to pick up your vehicle and that one is available. I thought I had reserved a vehicle locally, but then found out on line that I had to pick up at another location 23 Kilometres away which added to my mileage costs. When I received my invoice for mileage I was charged 2 more miles.

tell the guest's the round gas consumption for the car, I added way more extral gas for about 15CAD; the oil meter is not very accurate.

The additional insurance was not explained properly and I thought that was the collision waiver insurance. So had to dish out an addtional $16

I requested a truck in Dunbar but the next day received an email saying I had to pick up and drop off in Richmond. When I tried calling the number on the email to get a reservation closer to where I live I was on hold for half and hour, then the person I talked to said they couldn't help me because they were in Alberta. So they transferred me to someone else, I waited another half hour on hold and this person also said they were in Alberta and couldn't help me. I finally gave up and picked up the truck in Richmond, but when I arrived they told me I couldn't pick up the mattress cover that I paid for because it was at Dunbar, where my original reservation was. I had to pay for another mattres cover in Richmond. The employee said that I should call uhaul to get a refund, but I don't think it's worth my time. You guys are lucky there aren't many options for renting trucks, but I'll certainly do what I can to avoid ever having to use uhaul again.

Was greeted so quickly and recieved excellent customer service. I appreciated that they double checked that I had the correct additional insurance on the truck and they explianed where to get help if needed and who to call from the road. They also explained the fuel requirements. Thank you guys!

Service was great, truck was ready for pickup. They even put a second clerk on to speed up the check in process when there were a few people ahead of me in line. Where the truck was parked made it hard to do a walk around during the truck pickup. It was in the fenced area in the back, so I couldn't get behind the truck until I had pulled it out.

Customer service is alright. The staff was very efficient. The truck was in the horrible condition. The engineer light is on and very loud. I was praying the truck would not break on us during our move. It was tough to go over 50 km/h which made it very difficult on the highway. Gas consumption was unbelievable. Only travelled less than 40Km and we fuelled $50 dollars up to the return fuel limit. I rented 3 different trucks from varies locations in the past 9 months. This was not an pleasant experience.

If the location has free wifi services would be nice, overall the service is good. Since U-haul is really a mobile base/self service, more on site online options would bring more business.

The representative at Exian went above and beyond to help me. He called me to offer the advice and help I didn't know I needed, and was very informative and knowledgeable about questions that I had. Cheerful and speedy in-person too. Friendly, fast, efficient. 10/10.

When we place the order for our truck we also ordered a furniture trolly and when we went to pick the truck up they said it was first come first serve even though we reserved it so that was awful and not OK and they didn't care and that was upsetting otherwise the experience was great

Nothing to do with any location... It would be nice if I (as a Corporate client) be able to download our final receipt or contract, showing a breakdown of what was charged. Also, would help with tax purposes.

Brief the driver on the controls or at least have a mini-manual on basic operation e.g. locks, lights,radio (what a confusing radio! I was hoping to find traffic reports) etc. The van maker's symbols are NOT self-explanatory. Clock was not changed when Daylight Savings Time occurred recently so ti was always an hour off and no obvious way to correct it and NO MANUAL. Locking doors was VERY confusing as I frequently found doors unlocked that I had not unlocked directly. Every time we parked, due to the valuables on board, I had to physically check every door. Are they controlled from a master pock (e.g,. Driver's?) No manual that we could find. I was not sure if tail lights were on when night driving so actually pulled over to check. The fill to 3/4 is very strange. I accidentally overfilled as gas gauge was NOT accurate. The amount it dropped between Abbotsford and Richmond was nowhere near what it dropped between Richmond and Abbotsford earlier.

Parking at this location was a bit of challenge being on the corner of a busy intersection. Some information on the rating of the vehicles with regard to their fare pricing when using BC ferries. The 15 ft truck I used was rated commercial and cost $150 each way ferry fare.

Starting odometer reading on contract was not correct. I went in at the point of pick up to correct it. I was told it was changed or that a note had been put on the file. I received my receipt back and it was not changed so I was charged 5 % more miles than I used. They also charge different km rates than what they quote on website. I booked for 0,99 per km but when I show up they are actually charging that only Monday to Friday, weekends was $1.59. Would not rent there again.

Well I booked a big truck to move at the Shell location at 11:30 to pick up. I booked it for 2 whole days. When I went there at 11:05 I was told there was no truck. Great ... seconds later I received a call saying the truck is unavailable, great, why not tell me an hour or two before I cabbed there. So the agent there, who is really nice told me to go to the Minorou location. So I cabbed there. So I went there picked up my truck and was late for my move. I was also told to return it same time next day. So I have one day to move, even thought I requested for 2 days. When I picked up the truck, it was dirty, not full of fuel and I had rush like hell because I was late on the move, and next day dumped everything as quick as I can to return it. overall it was in disarray and unorganized and costing me more money with the cab and the rushing.

There was someone who was there before me on the phone complaining to U-Haul for hours as her dad jimmied the locks open. I kept trying to get the "take a picture'" to work in the link but it would not open. I came in at 5:30 and we finally got things going at 6:40. I was also charged for brining it late but I don't think it was fair! The dad of the girl who still couldnt get it working got us our key thinking it was theirs and they didnt get the go ahead so I am not sure how he got the key out!
