The lady at the counter was awesome; super friendly and efficient. The guy that did the hookup was beyond rude. Besides being rude, he didn't even check to make sure the lights were working the trailer. It was clear that all he wanted was for me to leave and stop bothering him.

I paid in advance and I had a reservation and I still didn't get my trailer on time.

Pedro C.The back of the truck was very dirty. We had to clean it. We supposed to return the truck by 8 pm. This place closed at 5 pm or so. The gate was locked so there was no way to return the truck. We had to go extra miles and go back in the morning to return it.

TOCARRA B.a roach crawled up my leg while i was driving. the dashboard was flashing "change oil now", and "tire alert" . the left turn signal flashed extremely fast, indicating one of the bulbs was out. still....i was lucky to get it, as the location i was promised a vehicle, did not have it. sent to the 2nd location, yet no mileage was afforded me for the inconvenience., AND they charged me 10cents more per mile than i was promised, because they gave me a VAN instead of a pick up, which is what i reserved. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN, and i will make sure to dissuade as many people as i can from using them in the future. both location agents were extremely rude, and couldnt care less about the fact that the center reservation line screwed up.

OTIS W.All my bad experience came from making my appointment and having no reschedule confirmation made to contact me . I spend time and money to get to the first location and was told the operator don't really know what is at the location so I have to make appointment for the next day which worked out fine but still confirmation of unit should be confirmed and relayed back to the customer if schedules are are changed....

WANDA H.There was no drop box for the key and nowhere to park the truck after hours. I had to lock the key inside the truck in order for me to leave it to make flight. I called several times to let them know what I did and when they got there that morning the manager was rude and hung up on me several times. I will never use there services there again. They have very bad customer service.

JAKE J.I could not return it the day after my rental, because the gate was closed, when they offer the 24/7 return service. I had to pay an extra day because on Monday I couldn't go before 8 am. The responsibility lies with uhaul for offering a 24/7 delivery service and not controlling that it complies

KEEHAIR D.When I went to pick up the truck and the equipment they didn't have the Utility Daley and I got charged for it and they over priced me from the quote I got over the phone
Christian T.When I arrived I was told that I would receive a fuel credit of $45 as long as I bring it back with more fuel than it has in it because the vehicle had no gas. Well apparently the fuel gage was broken. When I got the vehicle it stated it was 18 miles to E. I immediately when to the gas station and put $25 in it. The gage didn't move, in fact it went down. I drove home loaded the uhaul and headed to put more gas. I added $10 and again no movement. I drove the truck to my destination. I added $15 before heading to return the truck. At this point the gage stated 5 miles to E. When I arrive to the location it now stated 2miles to E. After adding $50 to the truck the needle never moved. I advised the staff the needle had to be broken. The manager rudely stated I owed $80 and that I was not eligible for the credit. She never acknowledged my statement of concern. She act as though I wasn't even there and told the other employee to charge my card and print my receipt. I left but I am highly upset with how I was treated and I feel l tricked in adding $45 in gas and didn't recieve the promised credit due to a non working fuel gage.
