The mobile pick up was a total waste of time. I reserved for 6:30 am and upon arrival was asked for all kinds of verification, none of which I had onsite at 6:30 am and noone was awake to verify my identity. This info should have been asked for before I was onsite. Alsao was charged a 14 dollat Safe Travel fee which I did not select in mobile app and didn't notice it was on bill until later.Paul P.

We picked up the trailer with two nails in it and we asked if we could get a new tire because we found two nails, we got told sorry we don't have any replacement tires if you call the road side service number they can come replace the tire on the trailer. My drop off location was not correct. The address wasn't even a drop off location. It was very frustrating because when I got to the drop off address and tried to call uhaul there was an hour wait to speak to someone. I had to drive the uhaul further to park it at a friends house before speaking to someone.Janna C.

The cabin was full of small roaches. I had to use 3 fogger sprays in order to kill them all. I did not want to put any of my things knowing they would be enclosed with roaches.JOAQUIN C.

I had a blow out on the truck and was not able to use the truck. I don't think I should have been charged for the rental of this truck.BLAINE O.
It was such a hassle to even rent, I needed a van to pick up my mothers things as she just passed away and the whole process was a nightmare and overwhelming. Now I'm being charged even more fees and my rental price doubled out of nowhere. I'll never use uhaul ever again.Miranda H.
I was told it would cost me $20-40 to return truck a day late. Instead I was charged $118 and had to wait 30 minutes because they lost my reservation. I was charged 2 extra days because I didn't have a ride back until 12:45. What a rip.LIN B.
I would not recommend using UHaul. The check in that was to be completed online did not work and I was charged an extra $20 for "after hours" return. I think that this is a scam and the online website does not work so that the company can charge more money.REBECCA B.
When I attempted to drop off the truck, the location was void of people and it was difficult finding a place to park. I opened my phone app and attempted to go through the return process. It did not work, and I was pressed for time as I needed to go to my job. The phone app refused to recognize I was at the location, although I had my phone configured properly. I tried on my wife's phone. It did not work either. I finally was able to speak with an FSB Auto employee. His reply was, " Yes, there's been a lot of these kind of problems. It's not my job so I don't know what to do. You can wait for the lady to get here in an hour or so." I tried calling the toll free number and no one would answer. After 45 minutes of panicking, I attempted the phone app again, and it worked. The employee had already relocated the truck so I had to walk around the lot, find a key so I could go through the process. The entire experience was the last for me! From beginning to end, This was a bad experience and I will not do this again.MICHAEL R.
Location services for returning truck should include the property line rather than just the building. Walking around at night in an unfamiliar neighborhood while trying to check in a vehicle is unsafe.JAMES S.
