I was physically assaulted by a employee and had to call police. Over the cleanliness of dolley and truck. I the next day the truck i rented and paid for was reported stollen, by the same employee who hurt me., and i had to return it by stopping the move taking all my things out., and hoping i wax not arrested for auto theft in order to return it to the location. My contract was cancelled so it was hard to use the website. It has become one of the worst experiences of my life.Fausto M.

was told that I could get a free upgrade of truck at no cost but was charged new rate. Also truck encountered mechanical troubles in Colorado and had difficulty finding a replacement truck, happy to get a smaller truck but no reduction in rental fee, told to be happy about getting a truck.Christopher B.

I had a reservation and had to 30 minutes to pick it up bcuz the staff moves slow and socialize with clients about non business issues. Also, the guy at the desk added an insurance charge although I had waived it during my online reservation. When I called to have it removed he said it was the insurance and I told him I waived it during the online process. He reiterated its the insurance like its mandatory but it is not! Now, I habe to waste my time and call customer to fight this additional charge and have it removed. This location staff is unprofessional and the truck was dirty inside and outside.Samuel G.

I had my reservation to be picked up ON Friday at 5 AM, but they never got the self pick up ready for me, so I waisted my time going to pick up the truck, I couldn't complete my work on time. I am very disappointed, they only reason I will rent from this location is because it is conveniently close to my house, but responsibility and respect for clientes time should be a must, I have been renting U-HAUL for years many times a year. But this can't happens again.Juan P.

The app was incredibly frustrating, not accepting pictures or losing progress during the check in check-out. Location doesn't have a drop box but rather a hole in the window to throw it in.Bryan G.

Cargo truck was somewhere far away in the parking lot. The lock on compartment 3 did not match the word lock, turns out they switched 1 And 3. Hours and availability weren't accurate. Took me like 45 min to do the check in with glitches and bad signal. However staff was helpful and the after hours pickup and dropoff was convenientBryan G.

It would be great if it were possible to return the equipment in the place where you have your destination. In my case, I have to go back to hiring location to return it. That saved my day, but cost me a lot in time & money.JOSE M.

I have yet to be satisfied with services offered by community dealers. I only do so if there are no other options within range. They are tucked away in busy shopping centers and the units are behind somewhere by trash cans in alleys. The equipment is usually dirty outside and tie downs torn, etc. No comparison with the corporate stations. Terrible!ARMANDO F.

The gentleman who helped me with checking in and provided the vehicle was friendly and professional, and I really appreciated that. My concerns are about returning the vehicle. It would be helpful to have very clear, written instructions about returning the vehicle. But this is something U-Haul as a company should improve. Instructions need to be very clear and very easy to find, very obvious. U-Haul needs to improve the website and needs to provide each location with clear written instructions so that each customer who walks in will see the instructions. When people are moving, we are usually in a hurry and stressed out. So it would be best to try to make instructions very clear and easy to understand. I think that it worked out, but I was worried because I didn't find out until it was too late, that I could have used my phone to return the van by taking photos of the odometer and fuel gauge. But that is something that U-Haul as a company should improve, starting with the website. It's not the individual dealer's fault I think. I also really appreciated the customer service rep I talked to on the phone about my questions, she was nice and helpful.Rosibel R.

There needs to be an option or way for customers to know, PRIOR to renting, if the authorized dealer doesn't allow for u-haul truck returns to other locations. So, to whomever reads this, GMMG Inc on 152nd & 72nd ave DOES NOT allow truck returns to other locations. Their truck was in poor condition mechanically, still had some leftover garbage from whoever rented it before me, and I recommend earplugs as none of the weather stripping on the doors work. 8 hours of Non Stop whistling and roaring road noise. The cherry on top? I returned the truck a day early and was still charged for the day I didn't use it. Terrible terrible service. Never going there again.Armando R.

I heard this comment/feedback is going to reach the owner of this location, hopefully it will reach headquarters as well. Respectfully: By far, the worst experience l I have ever had with Uhaul, and believe me I have used Uhaul many times. I even rented from this location before. I was thinking to write a while book because my frustration and bad customer service i receive from the lady at the counter. I learned that she is the owner / operator of this location. BUT i will just list the facts. I arrived at time of pick up. I have reserved and paid over the internet. When I open store door, lady was on the phone, didnt bother to greet, and after a couple minutes or so, she gave me a key and showed me the direction to the back to go and pick up the truck reserved. I walk to the back, found the car. When ready to leave, I noticed the driver seatbelt was broken. I had to go back to office to exchange vehicle. When i mentioned issue to lady, her words were: " I dont have another vehicle like the one you reserve, so you will have to get a bigger (,more $) if you want" Not polite or professional. I had to agree to get a different truck of the one guaranteed ( i dont know if your policy says someting about not having the truck guaranteed),,, anyhow, i was provided with another truck, and i was told the contract was going to be sent to email. I only received first car contract. Next, the next truck provided was not the same as listed in the contract the lady gave us ( after several minutes waiting because she was again on the phone and helping other customers, ( even thought i was there early ( because everyone has their own schedule and time to be respected), and she gave us the key, no paper, no contract, no gas reading, no mileage. To finish the story, i was charged for mileage ( i rode probably around 8 miles) but of course the ending mileage was LESS than the starting mileage as well as the gas, BECAUSE I WAS GIVEN THE WORNG VEHICLE. Bottom line, this office shall have a little reminder of what a good customer service experience is about. Fulfill customers reservation, or do whatever it takes to make a customer happy, and at the end of the day, you will have a returning customer and not one that will provide bad feedback/word of mouth to family and friends. Rating 2 stars for previous experiences (where in-town and they were all ok) I rented a truck to drop it off on Cape Coral, and I told the person helping me I was moving to over there, I gave him the amount of miles and he knew that would be enough to comeback and drop it back in Miami, he still did In-town rental and I ended up having to return the truck back to this location and paying almost triple of what I had to pay. Ive done bussiness with them more than 7 times already, now they lost a customer. Just take your bussiness elsewhere where people do care for their customers.Hermes Ricardo S.
