There were hidden charges, like fees for mileage, when I only moved from Portland Oregon to Junction City Oregon, a 120 minute difference. I wasn't quoted when I reserved or when I picked the truck up that there would be mileage fees. The total cost was more than I was told.
Sonya W.Made reservation to pick up using U-Haul Truck Share 24/7. The truck was parked behind a locked gate, so even though I had reserved the truck for an earlier time I still had to wait until the office was open and an employee could unlock the gate.
