Great location however parking was a little difficult. Would be great if they had reserved parking for the uhaul when returned. Truck was only on 1/4 tank when we received it so we filled it back up to the same amount when we returned it. I was assuming it would have been a full tank….. thank heavens I looked!

MBP is the best around!!! Their service is stellar!! Convenient! Clean! Positive heart in a crazy world! Meets all of our family's needs for years!!!! Love them! 10+ stars!!!!

Never rent from Mail Boxes to Go in 2930 Domingo Ave, Berkeley, California. No hand truck in the van like ordered. Had to get it myself from a truck in another lot. Truck had less than an eighth of a tank of gas. Had to get gas before I could do anything else. Charged me for CDW which I refused. I left the truck with more than a quarter of a tank of gas and they charged me $140 gas. I will dispute the extra charges and ultimately won't pay them. I have rented from other U-Haul locations and have not had these problems. Avoid this location or be prepared to suffer from the same scams.

This is the best location to rent a UHaul. They are so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This location is the epitomy of what good customer service is. They deserve 7 stars!

The online UHaul return service was not operating. I was not charged a $20 service fee, but I was worried I would be charged that amount.

The online checkout needs to be improved. It was not apparent that I needed to do something besides just dropping off the keys. Also, on two back-to-back reservations, I was overcharged both times.

I reserved a 24/7 pick up - this was confirmed by Uhaul when I called the morning of the rental- but the location did not set it up that way and so I had to wait an hour until they opened in order to get the van. The person working was very nice and efficient once they were open. Uhaul refunded me $50 which I appreciated.

This is the second time I was charged for Safe Move coverage ($14) and a Safe Move fee ($5) without being asked if I wanted this coverage. I had declined it on my website reservation.

I originally requested to rent one dozen furniture pads, but this location was unfortunately out of them at the time I picked up my rental. The staff I worked with did make sure to double check for me and immediately arranged a refund for the rental fee.
