The truck broke down on my trip . Was supposed to get the truck at 8 am . Was not able to get the truck until 9:30 am . Gas gauge on the truck does not work. Truck stalled out numerous times on the highway. Was charged for 2 days as well as equipment rental that i never used
PRINCE S.I was charged for 200 miles i did not drive and no one bothered to check the mileage of the customer before i got the truck and the mileage when i returned the truck to see that it was an error. I did not drive 200 miles. I used the mileage calculator provided by uhaul and my trip each way was 36 miles or so. I will never use uhaul again.
