Truck was in poor condition they did not check fluids we had no transmission fluid we had to buy transmission fluid, no oil dipstick was smoking, no oil cap, truck was dirty, no air conditioning, we broke down twice overheating!

When I reserved truck, the location was 5 minutes from my house. 24 hours prior to pick up, I was told I would need to drive an hour and half to pick up the truck. The staff at the pick up location were great

When were trying to drop the truck off, it was so dark. We couldn't see to park, had trouble finding the key drop box, and take pictures. We paid for 68 hours, but only got 60 hours.

The trailer we used was in good shape; however, it rained the whole trip and some of our articles got wet.

Wifi hard to get onto at this location, instructions for return was a slow process, would return to a person. I have not gotten a receipt for my rental yet.

When you order a truck with a moving dolly, and moving blankets a month in advance, and you go to pick ip the truck and they have no moving supplies, just a truck, there seems to be a problem! No one said those items won't be available, so we could make other arrangements. A truck doesn't help if you can't load it or protect your furniture from getting ruined. If U-haul is going to use that location, then they need to send what you ordered to that location.

Did not receive an inventory checkout sheet and the link was expired so I couldn't notate it upon leaving. Luckily there was no damage to the equipment but it would be nice to have.

The truck I was given was filled with mud! It did not drive right! Was all over the road and I was afraid to drive it but had no choice! It smelled so bad in the inside that I was so sick to the point I was throwing up!

Computer system problems caused me a lot of stress. they didn't give me items i booked. they didn't know the self-processing mobile method at all and made me stand around while they figured out how it worked.

Can you call up and complain to somebody about a truck they should be more helpful and saying we'll take care of it for you like I said on the previous paragraph I called the person I'm as soon as I opened the door open the truck that's all puddle of water and Grandma's Attic and I told the woman at this location she said just let them know up there she passed it off to somebody else instead of taking care of my problem

The vehicle was 2 quarts low on oil, spoke with representative and got reimbursed. Back of truck had papers and dirt left from previous renter along with coffee cups and papers left in the cab. I personally cleaned everything when returned.

I will NEVER rent U-Haul again. This person at Mauers went above and beyond to help me out. KUDOS to her, I rented their truck that was previously reserved and I had it returned 1 hour before it needed to be. Shame on U-Haul for doing what you did to me!. Thank You to Pam at Mauers Trading Post in Franklin, PA, To the people that sit behind a computer at U-Haul, Customer service is still alive in Franklin, PA but not in Pittsburgh, PA

Your online scheduling app is horrible. Bait and switch. Then it gave NO important details on where the keybox would be located at the location. Thank God I called ahead. Then once I got ther, Iw as standing beside the truck and the app said I was not where I was supposed to be. I called the number displayed, the guy put me on hold...I walked around to the front of the building(50 ft) and the app began working...The guy got back on the line and said the treason I got that error is I was there at 730am, instead of 8am. That differs from guidance on your website and that received from the actual rental location. He was clearly clueless.

I had to wait almost a whole hour because the previous person didn't bring it back in time. People should be charged for that. Also half of the light wasn't working on it.

I paid for moving blankets but didn't receive them. I was not walked to my uhaul or shown the controls and had to find the matching ID in the lot without being told to do so. The clerk ignored me for half an hour while talking on the phone airing personal grievances loudly. No staff wore masks. No broom was in the uhaul nor was the standard dolly.

Trailer smelt like cigarette smoke and had cigarette butts in it. Not a bad experience picking up. Noone knew what they were doing. When I returned it I called to let them know it was back. Pam answered very angrily and was very rude. She said I was supposed to come in but she guesses she can do it anyway and hangs up on me. Very poor service

The door on they trailer needs to be lubricated and serviced. There is a great problem with lifting the trailer tongue onto a vehicle. It takes two adults with great strength to lift the tongue. Need to provide something to assist in lifting to attach to the vehicle.

Loved that you're open on Sunday. Wish we would have checked to see that the dolly was in the back which we requested (it wasn't), but it was promptly taken off of the bill.

Waiting for someone to get back to me about these overcharges I'm pretty upset about it hopefully they get back to me soon because I don't want to pay all these over charges that's the only thing that frustrated me about the whole situation

We were charged for 2 days and we returned equipment within 9 hrs of rental. Agent said to drop contract and key in drop box. Said nothing about after hours checkin on phone. Now on hold for 45 minutes with 1800 # to dispute. She said it has to be reviewed. I'm not happy with u-haul at all, should be u-suk

Wasn't told my original pickup location did not have the trailer I reserved and had to drive another 45 minutes for it. Finally got checked in, Was told the trailers outside and that I could just hook it up myself. did not get any paperwork for the trailer due to their printer being out of ink which resulted in me not being able to drop off the trailer after hours.

Well for 1,I'm being told by uhaul that I'm being charged for gas when I had stopped and put gas in the truck before bringing it back,I took a picture of the dash board along with my friend and his step daughter and the gas gadge reads a little more then a quarter tank in it and it was at a quarter tank even when I picked it up so there was actually more gas in there then when I drove off in it and Ice 3 dated pictures that are time stamped along with a call I made to uhaul when I got home to tell them I dropped it off which will put me at home about 30 minutes after I took the pictures of the gas level.So something fishy is going on there with the gas in the truck after I dropped it off,so either the person is lying about putting gas in to get an extra 42 dollars on top of what I should of had comen back from returning it before midnight,someone is lying??either Maures or their employee???But I have pictures for proof..

I WAS TOLD THE MOST I WOULD BE CHARGED, IF I DROVE LESS THAN THE 80 MILES WOULD BE $132AND I WAS CHARGED $156 FOR SOME REASON. YOUR USE OF AMBIGUOUS RECEIPTS LETS YOU CHARGE MORE THAN THE PROMISED AMOUNT
