Get RID of the guy that rented me the truck. he is EXTREMELY RUDE and lazy. he did not assist in anyway, he had me go pull out the truck myself out of the line, I had to try to open 3 trucks before finding the one that was rented to me. also we are in a mask mandate he never wore a mask.I WILL NEVER! EVER! RENT FROM U -HAUL AGAIN! this experience was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!KEITH K.

Pros: 1. the check in process was pretty straightforward. Cons: 1. I am a very tech savvy person and have a bone to pick with your UX designer wrt to the return form. The orange button to get to the return form is extremely difficult and unintuitive to get to. I can see several customers being frustrated as just giving up because of how poorly it is placed. Once I got to the form things were fine. The last thing a Uhaul customer should have to do after a trip is to have to struggle with finding a button to access the return form.Edward L.
Everything was perfect! We got confused with our confirmation email and thought that the drop off time was the pick up time. They accommodated a new rental time even though it was a mistake on our part. Excellent service! Was super fast and easy.Felipe de Jesus R.

Actual pickup location was fine but I did not appreciate that my reservation was changed one hour prior to pickup and the truck was 6' longer than my original reservation. This added about 1,5 hours round-trip to my pickup experience when I had movers delayed etc. due to the inconvenience. A $50 credit is not sufficient to compensate for my additional time spent. I would have never made this reservation knowing what I know now.Joseph R.

The mobile pickup and approval process through the app took 30 minutes and was very cumbersome. We would have arrived earlier had we known it would take so long.Jonathan R.

The pick up experience wasn't nearly as easy as you suggest. I was standing out in the hot sun for 10 minutes waiting for your approvalâ€¦and still had to go inside to retrieve the keys.Samuel R.

When someone rents equipment and PREPAYS thinking maybe that's why they had a problem.last time and it won't happen this time, MAKE SURE THE DAMN EQUIPMENT IS THERE! First off, I made an appt for a certain location due to the fact I didn't need a ride to pick up the truck. You changed it last minute. 10 miles away! Fine. Found a ride. Show up and you DONT HAVE THE EXTRA EQUIPMENT?! I drive another 30 mins away to pick up said equipment. Thanks for making my moving experience that much harder. I'm hoping I don't have to move anytime in the future just so I don't have to deal with your shit service.Rhianon C.
My first reservation, despite being guaranteed, did not have my truck or any other trucks available. This could have been a real disaster as I was moving and needed to get my things out of my apartment THAT DAY. I had to scramble and find another location last minute and ended up at Phillip Shell - they had the truck, pickup was a breeze, but when I got to my apartment, I discovered the cab had tons of moving blankets stored in there, all bunched up and all over the place. I didn't order moving blankets, but I had to spend the first 20 minutes of my move moving them out of the way and folding them so there was room in the cab for all of my things. All in all, not what I remember renting a Uhaul to be like... Moving is stressful enough, renting a truck shouldn't add to it.ANTHONY T.

This shell was close to me so very practical and easy for me. But very small and hard to find a spot to park. The only spot I found was the handicap zone which was OK'd by the shell personnel.Diego L.
The truck cab was not clean at all and in the current Pandemic Conditions this is unacceptable (sticky, dirty and wrappers on the floor) take 10 minutes and wipe it the cab down ...JEFF D.

Yalls scheduling system and customer service needs help, really bad. After taking with various employees and being re routed w my rental, the last guy who helped did better than all who serviced me. Not the shell station, it was the Shermanoaks under the fwy station that fixed it all. That guy was phenomenal!!!Armando O.

The equipment seemed to be fine. No Covid protocols taken meaning no wiping down in between customers. you don't know how long it was between you and the last person and the guy who is renting it did not give a damn about you or the U-Haul or Covid because he couldn't even be bothered to put a mask on and was rude. I would not recommend renting a U-Haul from this guy ever again. Terrible experience and I probably will never rent a U-Haul again. Get it together people. Have some standards. it can't be that hard.Rebecca C.
