I prefer to do the process on my phone. However, I found that they had no signal when I arrived at the store. Made a little cumbersome to complete the transaction. I eventually figured out there was a free wifi network around which I used.Rodney B.
I've used this facility twice now. Both times, the rental truck was clean and ready to go. Cindy made the rental process a breeze. The only thing I would change is it would be nice to receive the bill when I turn in the truck there instead of waiting for it to be emailed. I literally received the email as I was driving out of the lot. I would not have wanted to call or drive back for the sake of 5 munutes.richard W.

My pickup location was changed several times. It was a source of much stress and anguis, all unneeded. They didn't have the additional equipment I requested. Do you really care about the customers well being or customer service. I've dealt with Uhaul for 40 years. All went well, till this cluster f#$k. The app was totally not working for me during my pick up and my drop off. If I didnt have someone with me with a different phone I would not have been able to complete pick up or drop off. Features would not load and it wouldn't respond to pressing submit. Another issue was no one answering the phone and no easy way to call anyone for assistance. Truck was fine but app needs work for people who only have one phone or else they're screwed.Kristina M.

The drop off location was in strip mall. It was difficult to find a spot to park the truck so I parked behind the strip mall and walk around to front to drop of the keys.Shane M.

Called customer service to let them know the truck said gas tank was full and it was less than 3/4. Before I returned it filled the gas tank up to more than was in it. Then the next day I got charged $25 additional for â€œnot filling up the tankâ€. I called back in just to get reimbursed for the additional $25 that was charged not all the inconvenience that I was put through leading up to the move and the customer service rep told me I was lying and hung up on me. Worst customer service I've ever experienced from everyone of the people I talked to on the phone. Definitely won't recommend to anyoneShane I.

Originally I was given a BP on RT 72 in manahawkin NJ 08050 to return. When I got there they told me they don't take them and I had to take it somewhere else. They gave me no direction. I called another local uhaul dealer and then called qwik and they were able to switch. Just confused of why a location is listed if they aren't active.Christina E.

My pickup time was 6pm and the store closed at 5pm. No one told me. Couldn't get the truck until the next day. Thankfully it all worked out.CAROLINE P.
Everything was set up when we got there, and we had excellent service. The only thing I would change is that one of the agents should do a walk thru WITH YOU after you return the truck so that any issues can be addressed at the time. Fortunately nothing was amiss, but I would have gladly waited to make sure we were both on the same page before leaving the facility.Richard W.

Why was I charged for $33,66 for milage when I only used 34 miles. I would understand if I went 33 miles over the initial 25 miles but I did not. The contract clearly states 25 miles free and anything over is $0,99 per mile. Please explain why I was charged so much for 9 miles over the initial 25 miles.kyle A.

Sadly, I had to travel to two different locations that are 30 miles apart to get my equipment. I ordered the equipment two weeks in advance, and was told I would be able to pick them up at that location (less than 5 miles from my home). When I express concerns to the Glassboro, NJ location, I was simply told "it says we don't guarantee pick up locations". U-Haul can do much better with customer service as that was a rude response, and customers should be able to pick up their equipment at the reservation location.Kevin K.

Computer programs were malfunctioning. It took 1/2 hour to get the keys. Please know that I had completed the information on my home computer the day before. I returned the vehicle around noon on 7/9/2020 and have not received my receipt as of 9:57am on 7/10/2020.Lori W.

Pick up location and personnel were excellent! The U Haul.com site did not work correctly when I tried to pick up the truck keys via the drop box. After I logged into my account, the website would fail when I tried to on-line check in.Ken B.
