My rental experience was absolutely flawless & amazing. The staff at this location is super knowledgeable, friendly & attentive & they answered all of my questions without any issue. Kirsten was especially helpful, kind & made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this location to others & will definitely return there when needed in the future.

Better communication, There was a sign on the door that said you were closed, the day I returned the truck rental, but no directions on where to leave the keys.

RUBY W.Make sure customers are able to do a self pickup if that's what was requested and confirmed by the location. Truck was not accessible for a self pickup. Once in the truck the check engine light was on and upon informing the location, they just dismissed it.

ALDRICH P.The truck didn't have a ramp on it. When I asked if I could switch to a different truck, the customer service representative at the pickup location was not helpful. He said that he didn't know how to do it and that they're technically "closed" and not supposed to do Uhaul work after 5:15 (I picked up the truck at about 5:10). The pickup site information on Uhaul's website clearly states that they're open until 5:30. In addition, the strap on the appliance dolly was not big enough. These things added up to be a horrible experience.

SANDRA T.Don't rent a U-Haul truck from this location (91st Avenue between Northern and Olive Avenues 8580 N 91st Ave Peoria, AZ 85345). We tried returning our truck we rented recently and it was a mess. We weren't told that when you return the rental truck after hours that you have to do an online return, for 45 minutes in 104°F we TRIED to fill it out (bad website). When renting the truck they took partial information from my mom and partial information from our friend who did the driving. We then called and tried getting a refund for the mess they caused and was NOT refunded. We even put more gas in the truck then was necessary. The driver's door didn't close properly and their was bits of broken windshield glass in the truck and the knob to the AC was broken. We didn't even get an apology.
MARY W.There was a man sleeping in the cab of the truck . I woke him up and he smelled like liquor. He took off on foot and didn't say much about the rental so I know he was not a worker. I let the location know and they said it happens sometimes? Didn't really feel right because of anything would have happened within the cab of the truck that would have been my responsibility. Maybe verifying if all doors are locked before the end of the night would be cool. The back I can understand if it stays open but the cab?

Linda Q.If the open time states 10am then the staff should be there earlier than 10am to actually open and serve customers that were there at 10 am instead of whenever they decide to open the doors. Also, before renting out a truck the staff should make sure there aren't bullets or devices that are used to break into vehicles left in or on the truck. Upon returning the truck I had to wait outside with my mom for someone to return the office so I could turn the keys in. Had anyone mentioned that there was a lock box I might have put the keys in it and been on my way BUT I had the amazing privilege of turning in 2 40mm S&W bullets that were left on the outside window sill of the truck, into the young lady who did my check-in and check-out. She was very unbothered by the fact that I handed them over to her, like it happens every day, and that they had been left on the truck no apologies whatsoever.
