Rented two different vehicles, and each one had tire pressure lights on.

Iurii L.The truck had trash in the cab and in the box that we cleaned up. The person at the counter didn't seem to know what he was doing and had to ask us to go out to the truck and back more than once, and he did the entire thing with someone over the phone which felt odd. We also rented an appliance handcart online when it offered it to us since were moving a fridge, but they didn't have any appliance handcarts, they did offer us a regular handcart, however. Drop off was just as challenging as pick up. Overall, we got done what we needed to get done, but it was particularly pleasant.
Joey E.Have all information verified before getting there. I checked in and it said I was all set. Then when I go to get the truck it asks me to submit pictures of my license and alternate contacts that need to be verified so I stood around waiting for 20 minutes for the verification. This should be done beforehand.

Michael S.Th elocation name is wrong (it's a gas station with a tiny convenience store), and the person on duty at the time had to rely on a 3rd party who was not a U-Haul employee. The pick-up experience was at least twice as long as any prior U-Haul experience.

Carmine C.You have charged me for two days because when I rented and was asked how long I would be and i told them about 4 hrs. Although I am renting for the day and was in no rush, we had the truch for about 4 1/2 hours and you charged me for two days. I will be writing my review online and contacting NJ Better Business Bureau online as well. I was never told that i only had 4 hrs, had I known that, I would have told you I needed the truck for 23 hours. I was being courteous and am now penalized.
William O.There is no signage, so you do not even realize this is the drop off location. The individual didn't even know where the gas gauge was on the truck and he had to go out 3 times, because I told him the gas tank was filled.
Diane C.Person on duty complained to me that where I parked the vehicle which was in front of U Haul drop of monument was not acceptable. Told me I had to move it over otherwise he would not accept the vehicle. Although I was first in line, he kept me waiting as others came in for coffee, cigarettes, muffins, etc. He was not wearing a mask. How petty about where I parked the vehicle that I had to move it. His cavalier and arrogant attitude was definitely not a customer comes first attitude. I will use U Haul again but never return to that location.
Henry A.My truck was given to me with a Flat tire. I had to wait 3 hours for the roadside assistance to come and fix it.
Magda S.Even though I checked-in on-line the night before, it took an hour at the location before I could leave. The truck (cab) had not been cleaned from prior rental. I had ordered and pre-paid for dozen moving blankets but there were only 7. It was the staff person's first day on the job and appeared to receive little help from superior (on the phone).
Shawn D.Worker was helpful. We were told tank needed more gas, which we disagree because we just put $10 dollars in, to get to needed level. We said, well okay put in $3 or $4 dollars more. Gas attendant said it was $10 dollars.... So we feel bamboozled, but didn't want to argue. Upon dropping off console was loose, seemed from past damage.
