The agent was very helpful when I couldn't get the on line system to check in the vehicle. Luckily they were open when I got there. UHAUL get your logistics operation together. NO ONE WHO BOOKS 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE SHOULD EVER HAVE THE FEAR THAT THEY WONT HAVE A VEHICLE AVAILABLE.

Truck would not get out of 1st gear and cab had muddy floor. only used for 9m miles, so completed the task. Would rather have used a van took 15 ft truck as all available.

I was disappointed with how rough the 26' truck rode down the highway. I had no idea it would be this bad. At times the inside of the cab would be violently shaking.

The Unit had so many X X X all over it you could never see every defect at pick up to be sure they were marked. At my first gas stop I saw hail damage on engine hood that was not marked, It was not me, I return items better than I get them. I did have a good first experience.

If they didn't try to add an extra 100 miles onto your trip. Couldn't check back in the truck because the uhaul website was down and customer service hotline was also down.

I locked the truck & put the keys in the lock box before completing the on-line check out. I would have liked to upload pictures directly from my smart phone that I took before I began check-out, instead of only being able to take on the spot pictures while completing the check out process. I also was sent out to the truck to inspect a damaged truck without the curtesy of disclosure of the problem spots. It felt like a set up, to have to point out damages, even after I purchased the damage insurance coverage for my rental.
