Tiffany was very professional and knew exactly how to hook up trailer and was very helpful when I returned trailer as well.

tim N.Original location did not have vehicle, so we had to drive across town to a location that did completely defeating the purpose of a reservation. The truck was reasonably clean but someone had clearly smoked pot in the cab. We smelled it all the way to Alabama. And, we received an additional charge for going 8 miles over the allotted mileage which is likely because we had to drive across town to the location where the truck was. Definitely will consider a competitor in the future.

They were awesome but had to check people in and then go out and either hook up a trailer or prepare and vehicle. And then come back in and take care of the next customer. Surprised you can keep them.

Concerning this location; it was a total clusterfuck. Far fewer employees than customer volume. Too much chit-chat between employees and customers. The parking is horrible, plus I had to move a board with nails in it on your property to keep from getting a flat tire on my car. I was very disappointed with this location in general.
Joseph K.The moving helpers I hired through Uhaul, Champion Movers, never showed. I had to pay for their service up front and received NO SERVICE. I repoted this to Uhaul upon returning the truck. Zero help on this issue. Even though I paid through Uhaul. I was told I need to contact movers for refund. No refund yet. Doesn't seem Uhaul cares what their approved vendors do to Uhaul customers.

Also, it seems that the worker was focused more on the equipment than helping the line of customers inside. Perhaps the worst thing though, was the leaky truck. Water fell all over my TV and desk which contained valuables.

Lester J.On June 28th I made a reservation to rent a 20' truck from Saturday June 23rd-Monday June 25th. I made this reservation far in advance, using the website, in order to make my move less stressful. This did not make my move less stressful. I specifically picked certain pick up and drop off locations in order to minimize the price I had to pay. My quoted price came to around $260, I received a $50 discount because of the pick up and dropoff locations that I chose even though they were out of the way. The DAY BEFORE I was scheduled to pick up my uhaul I received a phone call from a representative informing me that the 20' truck I reserved was no longer available, even though I reserved it a month ago. I specifically ordered the 20' truck because the 26' truck was too big for me to store at my previous home in Tallahassee Florida. The representative told me that there were no 20' trucks available and I would receive the 26' truck for no additional fees. The next day (Saturday, July 23rd) I went into the new pick up location, which was significantly further than my original location I reserved to pick up my truck. Not only did I see a fleet of other 20' trucks but I was also informed that my new price for the truck would be over $400. When I informed the representative at my pick up location of my situation, he shrugged it off and proceeded to say that he couldn't do anything about it and I would need to pay the $400 if I wanted the truck. While driving the truck down to move my stuff out I noticed the speedometer did not work, however we were instructed to fill the gas up to a certain amount or we would be charged a fee. We had to spend a significant amount of money to ensure the gas levels were correct at pick up and we weren't charged even more. When I dropped the truck off (1 day early) on Monday July 25th, I informed the representative of my situation and still couldn't get any of my money back. This has been a ridiculous experience that has wasted my time and money. I did everything on my end to do this properly and it has been handled poorly throughout the entire reservation process. I feel scammed and would like to know what you guys are prepared to do about it.
Joseph K.The truck was in disrepair. I smelled a lot of burning oil and exhaust in the cabin. There was damage all over the truck, inside and out. The button for the overdrive was missing. The truck needs to be repaired or replaced. The customers either pay for insurance or are required to pay for damage, so why is this money not being used to keep the trucks in good shape?

I went inside and related my concerns to the desk agent who gave me a deer in the headlight look and waited for the man to finish the checkin and give me the final bill. As I waited I talked to the manager who with me to show him that this truck was NOT road worthy and he agreed pulling it from service. At no time did anyone seem to really care as to what caused the truck to be turned into n late. Truck number is: TM 1501K

We arrived 15 minutes after our reservation time started and were informed that our reserved truck had been given away. The person at the desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When we asked if they had any other options available he said no, come to find out they had trailers of a similar size we could've taken. Terrible experience.
Chase C.This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at U-haul. The store was very busy but the 2 people at the counter were kind and efficient. They were professional and helpful. It was an easy, no nonsense registration process. Check in a few hours later was a lot efficient. They run the operation very well! Smart folks!

I stood in line 30 mins and I was the 3rd person in line. I got tired of waiting so did process on line which you charge $20. I was not a happy customer when I left the store. I will never use U-haul again.
