I made a reservation and then was called the next day to be told there were no trucks. I had to pick a truck up a day early than I wanted just to get one. Then was charged extra, for their mistake. Not very good customer service...

Your employee Malik was very helpful and is in no way at fault. I encountered an error where your system was trying to charge me $899 to check out a trailer I already paid for. They also didn't have anymore light connections and an employee had to go to a neighboring u-hual to pick some up. This delayed my trip for almost two hours. The real kick in the pants was we already paid for our hotel room on the road. With the delay we wouldn't arrive until three in the morning. People were too tired to drive and we had to pay for another room that was closer.

I had a reservation for a different location that totally screwed up my early pickup. I had it for 8 am, it said that I had to wait until 11 am for them to physically get there. I had to call UHaul, who changed my reservation to another location. The agent assured me they were open at 8 am. I got there and had to wait because they didn't open until 9 am. This has been the worse uhaul experience that I have ever had. I may use a different company from now on. This is the 2nd time that the 22020 Atlantic Place, Aurora, CO., location has done this to me. Shame on them for not being able to get the early pickup option handled.

I couldn't be more dissatisfied with Darrell the manager at pick up who charged two different cards for nothing if the hold is a $100 fine you held that. And then said it only changed the $69 and change but had me charge another card for $30,51 WHY your holding $100 pick up was worse

I'm a little salty about what I ended up paying; however, I reserved the truck for a day, and ended up not getting it back to the store until the fifteenth day. I was attentive to the cleanliness and filling the tank beyond the fuel I used. Hopefully, they don't ban me!!!

We absolutely loved working with the guy with dreads-I think his name was Malik or Malachi -but he said he was known as the guy with dreads. haha. He was fast, super friendly, and made picking up and returning so smooth. Very happy with our experience using this for a local move.

Reserved a 26 foot truck and they did not have one. Since they couldnt provide me with the equipment I had reserved they "gave" me back 50 dollars. Best they could do was a 15 foot truck which tripled my trips and UHaul mage back the 50 dollar gift in additional mileage charges. This is the second time in 2 months and 2 different locations that UHaul has fone this and they wont get a 3rd opportunity with me.

Had to call roadside assistance to access vehicle. Check-in took over an hour. 24/7 check-in is slow and not user friendly. Rental was changed last minute to a further uhaul location.

Put a sign on the return vehicle lane that informs you that you do NOT need to go inside to the counter. No one was present in the return lane for quite some time, so I wasn't sure. To be fair, it was Friday afternoon and really busy. Once the return lane person came back out it was smooth.

Check in and check out was quick and painless, maybe it helped that it wasn't busy when I got there. The equipment that I rented worked great for what I needed. The only issue I had was the tailgate on the utility trailer was so badly bent that you couldn't unlatch it without banging on it with a hammer, so I didn't even try to relatch it on one side when I was done with it. Overall My experience was very good.

The car hauling trailer that was assigned me on pick up was defective in that the left fender/forward attachment was broken Had I not performed a pretrip inspection I could have been driving down the highway and that could have ripped off and killed someone. I suggest you spend some money on training managers of facilities to THOUROLY, POST INSPECT all incoming equipment to be assigned to out of service/repair immediately so as to keep the equipment fleet at 99 % rentable. Make the managers responsible for keeping the fleet marketable or your going to have yards with down unrentable equipment and profit loss. Sorry, the truth hurts.

Once we got to the storage unit I quickly realized that we had more items than space. So I had to purchase another unit unexpectedly costing an additional price for a second unit but ,What Ivan was able to do for us is give us the 1st month free on both units and pay for August up front and we appreciate that so much. He truly went out of his way to accommodate our needs. The rest of the staff was also very friendly as well. Definitely would recommend U-HAUL to anyone who is in need of renting a truck or needs a storage unit. My only wish is for the price the units should be bigger. This was not the pickup location promised to us by two separate persons when we made the reservation 2 months in advance. The day before our reservation, we received a call stating that we would have to drive 2,5 hours to get our equipment. When we finally did get there, our equipment wasn't ready and we had to wait nearly 3 hours. Uhaul did not offer any type of recompense for the hassle. Will never use again. Do not recommend.

Every thing was fine other then the price which I thought was a little high. However do to the fact the units were climate controlled, I could under stand the prices. I could not pay the higher cost. I found one that was twice the size for less money, but not inside.

Well, Robert (the previous GM for 750 Buckley in Aurora, Co) never kept promises made to waive late fees when I was out of work due to an accident. He also promised prorated refund of rent when I moved my things out of the unit (1733.) While I was there loading the trailer I drove from Washington to Colorado the employees were lazy and disrespectful. They paid attention to their phones and gossiping about the drugs they took at the rave they attended for New Years Eve. Which then one of the employees ran after me when I was pulling out with a walkie talkie to radio the trailer number to the others because they assumed I stole the trailer. I just want what was promised at this point. Especially after being accused of being a thief. I don't know what the deal is with this location but the entire two years I had my unit there it was horrible. Employees would curse me out and call me names because I was late on my payments. Nobody ever returns your calls or messages either. Someone needs to really do something with the people and their attitudes there.

The GM, specifically, was a real jerk. I had 2 units in the building. The units were billed on separate cycles on different days. One of my units was paid up and one was a few days late when my dad and I stopped by to drop off some camping equipment. I only needed access to the unit which was paid up, and I was denied entry to the entire building because my other unit was slightly past the due date. Not only were we denied entry, the GM was mean about it. I was livid; I was literally shaking from shock and anger at the way he talked to me. The GM was completely uncaring and rude to the point that I lost my temper and said it was bs for which I immediately apologized, but maintain that is technically correct. My father was furious, too. I ended up paying for the other unit and letting the GM know that we would be emptying both units and leaving before renewal. That's exactly what we did. His behavior was completely unacceptable. Firstly, what he did was wrong and secondly, his attitude was disgusting. A man should not be in a customer-facing role if he can offer zero compassion or empathy. Furthermore, I will be emptying a third unit at another u-haul locations as soon as arrangements can be made. I am really upset about this incident and I want nothing further to do with the entire company after this experience.

I came into the facility as I needed to update my autopay for my unit as my checking account changed due to a merge. I was told I couldn't use my checking account to do this and had to iise a debit/credit card. In the mean time the staff was more concerned with video games etc. and it wasapparent the associate didn't hear my need after explaining twice. Once I paid my monthly fee I asked was this set up on auto payment, had to look at the screen as he was leaving, said yes ,and told me to I can call back if needed then walked away. Associate distracted, not focused on the customer for a simple transaction and not confident my acct is set up correctly. Most likely will need to call again. Poor service.

Really a great experience being able to rent a moving vehicle and be able to rent storage at the same place. Storage facility is quite impressive - from the security to get in, to the carts, ease of getting to your storage locker and it was really clean!!! Made moving much more pleasant Thank you!

I was told that i would have a main floor storage area and that didn't happen. I then got my storage room and that was already occupied so then they gave me another one. Got most of my stuff in and the reader or card stopped working.

I had such an awful experience checking in. The representative that checked me in took FOREVER! 30 mins to check in is RIDICULOUS!!! Not only was she slow but literally kept falling asleep at the desk! (multiple times) As well she continued to eat her food in front of customers and would stop her typing in the system to take a bite of her food. I was asked for 1st floor or 2nd. I picked 1st and she assigned me 2nd as she was not paying attention due to falling asleep. I as well rented a 5 X 10 X 8 and she gave me a 5 X 5 X 8. Worst experience EVER! Now I have to waste time out of my day to go back to the uhaul and switch it to the correct storage I was supposed to have in the first place

Have used this specific location for the last couple years for my moving and storage needs. Everyone is friendly and always very helpful, makes moving a little less stressful. The store is always stocked with many useful supplies. The price is reasonable for what you get and the move out process is very easy. Will definitely be coming back for any future moving needs!

Due to a burst pipe which caused some water damage, our belongings were moved to a new unit. This was handled very smoothly and quickly. Staff was professional, organized, personable and extremely efficient.

I cannot say enough good things about U-Haul from Colorado Springs, CO. to Aurora, CO. . I struggled to keep my end of the move together, due to life beyond my control if something was to go wrong it did. Murphy's law was crashing in on me from every direction. Yet, somehow U-Haul stood beside with change after change and every request I made, there were many. I wish I had everyone's name so I could mention you personally. U-HAUL ROCKS!!! Check in process was extremely slow. All the personal contact questions were way too invasive. The clerk called my emergency contact without even asking me. He disturbed my 90 year father.

I experienced an issue with the storage facility where upon checking my unit the lock would not open with the key. When I involved one of the staff members (Kimberly Cole) about the issue, which she nonchalantly prompted that my lock may have been tampered with and suggested how to get the lock off with a tool. Once that was unsuccessful, the on duty manager (Brandellyn Cunningham) stated that to gain access to my belongings I would need to call a lock smith since they did not have anything to cut the lock with on-site, which she assured I could be reimbursed or credited for the $89,99 if I brought my receipt. I inquired about the refund/credit and having management check security footage to ensure my lock was in fact tampered with and to consider relocating my belongings. But instead I was given the run around each time I tried to get in touch with the General Manager, Robert. Overall, my experience with customer service at this facility was very poor and my concern for the safety of my belongs was never met.

The manager George went above & beyond to honor the reservation I got through getting a rental, after the rental customer service representative would not honor the deal. George truly saved the day. THANK YOU GEROGE

The facility was fine, the employees are not the best. Sometimes they are rude and the service is always slow. It does not seem like the employees like each other and get along. One employee asked another employee for help because she did not know how to do something and the other employee end up being very rude to her.

Ms. Nicole Pixley and Ms. Frand (I'm shortening that because I didn't get her full name), were awesome! They made the whole process smooth and easy. The access hours for the storage unit without after-hours access was not all that convenient and paying extra for after hours access was not convenient, but other than that, I really appreciate how easy U-Haul made the move.

I was very pleased with how polite everyone was. I particularly appreciated Nicole's patience in explaining why she needed additional contacts on the account. She explained everything slowly and efficiently, and then she walked us over to my storage and showed how everything worked. I do want to share when I first called the lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful given that things changed for me just that day and I needed a truck, moving help and a storage unit. A special thank you to Brad from Movely for getting me 2 very nice movers! Thank you all so very much!

After snow storms the parking lot and the area going into the storage was never shoveled customers would have to walk the the snow and on ice to get into the building. But the area into the store was clean

It was a clear in your face nickel and dime ripoff to demand I pay insurance for my pretty worthless stuff when not wanted and having to buy a lock you demand instead of using a lock of my own.

Elisha provides excellent customer service. Unfortunately her coworkers do not. Two of them are most rudest individuals I've encountered how they speak to other customers. One of them is the manager.
