This location is in the perfect location in Downtown Las Vegas and the property is easy to access when entering and leaving. The equipment is well stocked in very good shape. The office is very clean and well stoked as well. The staff is very friendly, kind and positive. The rental experience at this location was very positive and professional. The assistant manager Walter was very positive, professional managed the location in a very professional manner. All staff members worked well together and made this location seem well oiled and efficient. Thank you to everyone at this location for your kind, honest and professional service!

I was given the truck that had a indicator light on. They changed the truck. I was, then giveback truck that had one thing on paper. The truck was almost empty and he had on the paper which I later saw between and 1/4 and 1/2. There was no clear communication on when the truck would be returned. I would never recommend that particular u - haul to my worst enemy.

There was an employee that was having a very clearly heated argument with the manager on the phone when we walked in. It definitely made the experience uncomfortable. Then when I mentioned to another employee that we may not get back by the time inputted in the system and that the rep that booked my reservation over the phone told me that would be fine because you pay for the u-haul for a 24 hour period, he told me that was “not his policy” and that I needed to bring it back as soon as possible. Usually I have no problem with UHaul and the experience is so easy but this time was the opposite. On the bright side Paul was great and very helpful even in an uncomfortable environment!

Fix online check in issues. The wait was ridiculous. The wait after to get the trailer was ridiculous too as employees are unable to get their devices to work. The return process was just as ridiculous due to employees not being able to get the tech working. Fix your technology. Hire more people. People who have reservations to pick up trailers or trucks shouldn't have to wait over 40 min because staff is assisting someone who is taking their time waiting to rent a storage unit. Why do I have to return my rental on time when I arrived early for my reservation and didn't get the trailer until over 40 min after the reservation time? Should have been given the $50 since technically that shows I wasn't guaranteed a rental by the time of my reservation.

Was first told we coukd not drop off at that location even though it was on our contract! Then charged $47 extra for fuel even though we brought it back with 1/4 tank full which was exactly how it was when picked up. Person checking us in was training 3 others while trying to check us in and we had a flight to catch! They also took time to chat with their boyfriend/husband on phone and then in person a bit later in the yard while we were still waiting to have our check in completed! Crazy!! The whole thing was a nightmare. More stressful then it ever should be!

Customer service definitely needs to be addressed at this location. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience to show up in the morning. Hopefully your next customers see more smiles and “Hello, welcome to Uhaul, how can I help you today”. Would of been nice. Other than that, excellent equipment and excellent price.

Customer service was sometimes rude.. Very disputable unnecessarily..and the last to times my gas was way less than a half a tank and I ended up paying extra when I returned it on the same amount I took it .. I spoke to the service rep outside and was told it would corrected twice .. my problem was I didn't go back in the store to correct it myself I trusted it would me corrected and it was not .. last two days of rental was an awful experience because of that gas situation.. but the overall truck rental without the services of the employees was good…

One of they employees broke into my storage and took $20 000 wroth of stuff and nobody know nothing , nobody was trying to talk to me to see what happend to my stuff they couldn’t give me exact dates when my storage was broken into I never received a call to notify me that my storage was broken into.

Everyone did their job .. very efficiently .. customer service was professional and nicely done … I especially like the young men who inspected the truck before and after ..they made me feel at ease ..it's always a bit awkward for me being entrusted and responsible for a vehicle that is not my own.. They weren't very pleasant as well as efficient… Great Job on your employees..Management..

This was a big inconvenience for me as I rented a 6 x 12 trailer specially to fit a side by side UTV. However I wasn't aware that it's not really a 6 foot opening at the gate. More like 5 feet since you don't disclose that information I rented this ans wasn't able to drive my RZR in. Complete waste of time. I drove from the other side of town to haul and bring it back for nothing. Waste of gas and time. You need to make note of this when your advertising. There's two metal covering holding the ramp door that cuts a lot of the entry way. Customer service was excellent though.

$7 to use the dolly that's already inside the truck. The fuel situation is also meant to squeeze you, and i wasn't allowed to use my own insurance. Why does uhaul prefer to nickel and dime their customers?

For several years we've been renting a truck pretty much every month for either 1 or 2 day's at this location. Being seniors we chose not to own a vehicle. In the last several months there's been new employees & for some reason they've changed their policies again! I had to go with my husband earlier this month. Last month was a nightmare & I ended up canceling. So this month I "HAD" to go with him so they could "SEE" me. Then again, had to see the phone, hear it ring & here's the good one, wanted another number of someone who'd answer the phone to verify that we were who we said & showed licenses to! The District Mgr., who was helping us, was told that he's my husband's brother and head of security at a hotel & he may not answer right away, & he didn't. The D. Mgr left a message. He's now taking pictures of our ID, a picture of my husband & me by ourselves then 1 of us standing together!!!!! They should have already had photos of our ID. NEVER had they asked us to take photos before, there on the license for goodness!!!!! We don't even know if the phone he used was the companys or his!! Now, if these people had any sense at all they'd first either ask or look in their computer at our record dealing with this place! Nope, we have to say it again, look back at how many times we've rented with "NO ISSUES" Now I'm seething inside! I was made to feel like a criminal! We finally got out of there & I told my husband how I felt, he felt the same. We were also told that our debit cards, issued from a legitimate bank are not acceptable, we need to get a real credit card or bank account & here's the best part, reason being is that we could use all the money in the account then there would be no more until we got paid again, REALLY!!!!!! Don't you HOLD the amount before you release the vehicle?? I don't know about you but when you slide that card, get an approval code or holding in the account, it's already taken out, it shows "Pending" in mine & the $$ is removed while waiting for the end receipt to get there. So where's the problem? We can't rent a pickup truck there because there owned by another company and they won't accept these cards, talk about discrimination, WOW!! Now, we were told, all the truck's are like that now. We're done with Uhaul after this. We also didn't need to hear his background story either! We also got overcharged for some plastic wrap & when I called I was told that was the right price I replied, no, we've paid ____ before, which was the same price my husband & I saw right under the product plus the numbers matched, same person said no, we changed that price a month ago. I asked him to look please, he wouldn't. I would have caught it there but my husband took the receipt. Before you rent, call to see what your going to have to bring with you to that particular Uhaul office. It may differ from month to month!

I was kind of disappointed. When I made the reservation I made it for a pick up truck. When we got there they said the reservation was for a 10 foot box truck. They told me I can reschedule and wait for a pick up because they were out of them but I had to get the items moved. So I got the truck. So I paid more money for fuel cost and more money for the mileage.

I was uncomfortable with the process of agent, who after having my ID and credit card, took a picture of me. Also after verifying my phone number by calling it, needed to call my family's phone number to verify, I don't remember going through this last time and appreciate that uhaul needs to protect itself. I called uhaul mainline to verify and they said that is normal procedure. If this is policy, I think it should be shown more on web and a sign showing that this is normal procedure to see if customers are okay with it.

Management and customer service are non-existent at this location. I rent 2-3 times a month both personally and for my employer. I have been renting from this location for more than 20 years. Despite going through the online check-in, you still have to repeat the whole process, be photographed, have friends and family telephoned, license validation, and spend more than an hour to pick up a 5 ft trailer. None of the other locations put me through any of this. Despite no other customers on site, be prepared to be left at the counters a couple of times during this process while they address their own personal matters. Also be prepared to sit on the lot in 110f heat while they take pictures into the manager for approval. Equipment return was no better. No lot attendant around. I waited. Finally, I unhitched and stowed the trailer myself and waited again. Eventually an attendant came from the office carrying soda and snacks. I am no longer going to use this location. If these problems spread to other u-Haul locations I will have to change to a different vendor.

This location was fine; however, I wasn't sent there. My pickup location was supposed to be on Craig road, near my location. I received NO phone call to notify me of the change of pickup location. I spend an extra hour of travel time just to get the trailer.

He took my picture, which has never happened before. The breaks were very mushy and the blinker didn't work. When I called the uhaul I asked for a different truck and was told no, I had to call the 800 number. The truck was very u safe! I will never use uhaul again

Had large storage unit reserved. When I arrived I was advised that a large unit was not available. My load on a 20 foot truck would not fit into the unit they had which was much smaller than I reserved.

I reserved a large storage unit that would hold the contents of a 20 foot truck. When I arrived I was told there were no large units available. I was forced to find other accommodations at another facility. There was also trash and human feces on the ground.

I parked the 15ft. truck, full of everything I owned (I am moving) so that all my precious personal items would be safe until I unloaded them into storage the next day. I told U-Haul that I was parking there and left. The camera showed 3 individuals stealing the truck with all my stuff at 7:30pm. The truck was returned to the Decatur facility 11 days later. Now U-Haul wants to charge me for turning the truck in late, and for 1100 miles that were put on it by the thieves. Almost 1 200 dollars. That is how my experience has been.

When the truck I rented broke down and was towed to the Uhaul location. Then moved the next day so it was out of the way. The truck was left unlocked with my possession inside. This lead to allow the start of the breaking to occur.

Most staff was helpful, not greatest area. Homeless addicts would bother me at my unit which is outside. Ridiculous that i had to wait and get their key to a lock. No other storage does this.
