booked my rental roughly 4 weeks away from my move day and the pick up and drop off were changed to a location miles further than originally booked for. this added time and distance for the rental. not only that, the manager Sila sounded very nice on the phone but was extremely rude in person. would not even make eye contact when i was 5 minutes late for my return. I paid 150 % more than my original quote because the location was changed, miles were added and was charged a 2nd day for being 5 minutes late. I only rented the truck for 6hrs and 35 minutes.Abel R.
Unfortunately, I am unable to name the young lady that helped me. She was awesome, extremely helpful, and went out of her way to assist me and my request. She was also very knowledgeable about the trucks and when she didn't know (no one knows all), her associate would chime in to assist. The two were real team players making sure I was taken care of. I have rented from this location a handful of times over the past 20 years and I don't think I've ever seen anyone hustle the way Jennifer Lopez did to help the customer ahead of me and get to the next one. The other customer needed some type of accessory to go with their vehicle or trailer and she didn't walk, she ran to get it. It probably made a difference of only 10-15 seconds for me. But it was thoroughly appreciated. She was doing what she could to get people in & out as quickly as possible. I hope you hold on to her and employees like her!D E.
Only issue I had was I reserved a furniture dolly and they did not have one available. They gave me a regular free of charge which was nice; however, it made part of the move very difficult. Also, the App did not allow me to log in to start the pick up process. This may have been due to equipment not available.Craig M.

The van I rented was fairly new however after driving about 5 miles I noticed the oil pressure gauge was reading 0 oil pressure, not knowing if the van had oil or not and being handicapped I drove about 5 additional miles out of the way to an O'Rileys Auto Parts to check the oil, the clerk did find it had oil; when I checked the van back it I informed the lady the oil pressure gauge may be faulty and all she could say was it's a new van and should have oil. Not even acknowledging I went our out my way to check the oilRod L.

Unfortunately we had horrible customer service in the end. I rented a cargo van and turned out to be the wrong size so I went back for a 10ft with no problem. After I'm done and go to return in the truck has 10 extra miles than the cargo van, which is impossible considering the fact that we went the same distance. That being said when my boyfriend and I told Amanda that is was impossible, she said she's wrote the mileage down right before we took it. I told her it's fine if you can't do anything but is there someone here who can do something about this? To which she rudely answered I'll do something about it even though I already gave you a discount on the miles for the truck. Ummm excuse me, never did Amanda tell me she was giving us a discount! Had I known I wouldn't have asked for the mileage to be fixed. She was horrible and rude with her attitude making my boyfriend feel horrible and getting me very upset. Once she handed us our receipt she ran out the store with no words or eye contact. My boyfriend and I stood in the store for about a minute in shock not knowing what just happened. I bit my tongue and when we walked outside yelled thank you, to which again no words or eye contact. I understand if people don't like their jobs but don't make it the customers problem, because me I will fix it. Please let me know if this was read and dealt with, my callback number is 323-336-5188! The problem I had was the drop off after hours. I could not finish on web site I call the number they told me to call if I had trouble they couldn't help then I was placed on hold and finally got it done. It was not a easy process and the only reason I rented a trailer was to make my day easier. So I will not recommend your service.paul L.

I brought back the rental with more gasoline (an extra 1/8 of a tank) more than required. A refund for extra gasoline would be fair and appropriate. If I had returned the rental with less gasoline, a $30 penalty plus gasoline charge would have been imposed.DANNY S.

A 26 foot truck failed to be usable at my delivery location due to a 9 inch ground clearance, that is a ridiculously low ground clearance for a 26 foot truck. I had to rent elsewhere and it wasted five hours on my packing day to accomplish the work-around. The second issue is that when I returned the 36 rented blankets for one-way, the contract failed to allow the blankets to be checked in at the drop-off location of the truck (Angels Camp, Ca.) No one contacted me from U-Haul to inform me in any way of this mistake until last Saturday. Carol Walker (local independent U-Haul provider Copperopolis) contacted me regarding this issue when she stumbled upon the fact while researching another's matter and contacted me to inform me. After gathering the facts Carol resolved the mistake with U-Haul corporate. Many thanks for the â€œwhite gloveâ€ country service level from Carol Walker of â€œB-Secure storage! Carol has exhibited outstanding service and dedication to quality and integrity. Thank you, Richard C. Palmer Jr. Copperopolis, Ca.richard P.

Anna initiated a confrontation at the time I return the rental truck because I made a statement to her that I return your truck. She became irate and DISRESPECTFUL and has mistreated me every time I had to interact with including giving me a very worn truck where the arm rest was so worn it had been taken our. This isn't the best U-Haul I've used. To get to the second floor there is no elevator which is good when you got furniture. Also on the 1st floor you can consider those helpful carts ment to get you're stuff to the unit unless.
