The workers there was very nice and helpful assisting me with my issue. They notified corporate to inform them of my situation. The supplied me with equipment to help get my battery charged.

ROBERT Earl G.I had reserved a cargo van for 6 hrs through the general number but when I arrived at the location, they said that I only have 4 hrs and was going to be charged the daily rate. After some back and forth they ultimately agreed to give me the full time I requested. I also had a flat tire and waited for more than 2 hrs for road side assistance. The general number helped a lot with waiving charges due to the time being stranded on the Hwy. Last point if improvement can be made to at least provide ETA for the road side help much quicker would be great. Thanks
fadi M.terrible! accused me of taking a “dolly†which was never in the truck to begin with. charged me $150 extra and was not willing to hear my side of the story! i do not recommend and i will be talking to corporate and reporting this location.

brenda A.Reserved 3 dollies and also called to confirm the day before the actual rental. Was told everything with my reservation was confirmed. When I picked vehicle up I was told they only had 1 dolly and not the 3 I reserved and for which was confirmed the day before. In addition there was only 1/4 tank of fuel when picked up. Lastly, I was charged for 2 day rental when I returned it same day IT was rented. I was issued a credit but it took 3 days until it posted to my account.
stanley B.It's warm weather and the time for moving, what I saw was that there was only one staffer trying to attend to several people waiting in line. He could have used help and we wouldn't have had to wait for a long period of time.
Lily C.When I first drove up a worker was walking up to me and got into another truck and skipped me. Then, when he drove the moving truck around the building to park it, he hit the top back corner against another vehicle. And when he did get to helping me he had me park the trailer instead of disconnecting it and moving it himself. Directing me into a tight parking spot he backed me into another truck. (No damage).

WILLIAM B.The General Manager(Ethan Smith) was very disrespectful. I asked If I could be 1 hour late. He said I would have to got to another location. I said never mind I will be back on time he said. DONT YOU LIE TO ME". There is a way to speak to each other when you are doing business. I am also in retail and I would have been immediately suspended for this behavior. Is this how he leads his team? Here is a more serious question. I this how UHAUL wants to be represented? I been coming to this location for over 20 years. It's a shame that one employee(GM) can cause a company to lose money.

Joseph Q.The movers were hacks. Walls, floors, furniture scratched. They didn't have my 26 ft truck, settled for 20 ft instead - which caused my movers to run way over.

Cleo A.Truck was obviously not checked out by U-Hail staff prior to rental. Outside was dirty and the upper cargo box area had a crack in it that was showing daylight (according to the owner at the drop off location) . During my trip, it rained and water entered the cargo area soaking several cardboard boxes with furniture. All the furniture inside is swollen and destroyed. Owner at the receiving U haul store found a hole that revealed daylight in the cargo area and advised me to make a claim. Additionally the front cab leaks and water dripped on my left shoulder for the entire 4 hours of my trip.

harold J.My only complaint concerns the lack of staffing. Only one person was on duty when I picked up my rental in the a.m. When I dropped off the vehicle in the afternoon, the equipment return line was backed up all the way the edge of the road so the entrance was completely blocked. There was no way to enter safely so we had to enter by the exit driveway.
