WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! SECOND TIME THE MANAGER LADY GAVE US AN ATTITUDE. LAST TIME SHE TOLD US TO SO HER JOB AINCE SHE DIS NOT WANT TO DO IT AND THIS TIME SHE DID NOT ONLY MADE US WAIT ON PURPOSE. SHE BEGAN TO HELP ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND STOPPED HELPING US. WHILE HANDING MY CREDIT CARD, SHE SNAPPED IT OFF MY HAND WITH BRUTE FORCE ALMOST HURTING MY HAND. THE LAW FIRM I WORK HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS AT THIS UHAUL LOCATION FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS NOW AT LEAST TWICE A MONTH AND NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUCH A VICIOUS AND ANGRY CLERK. WE WILL COMPLAIN DIRECTLY TO CORPORATE AMD PROBABLY FILE A LAW SUIT SINCE WE WILL NOT SO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH UHAUL UNTIL THIS IS CORRECTED.

I reserved a truck Went to pick it up but nothing Available I convinced man to give me one he said he could for 3 hours at the daily rate Not fun experience at all I needed to move my daughter to SM I spent 30 mins trying to bargain to get a truck waste of my time Shouldn't let you reserve if they give them to walk ins - made no sense

The app is horrible. I should of been able to pick up with no hassle but instead I was there 45 minutes cause the app wouldn't work. Caused a huge delay. Then when I asked the U-Haul employee to just ring me up without the app he said I had to do it on the app, which then lead to. 45 minutes of nonsense. Very disappointed.

The team forgot to load the hand truck I'd requested, and I didn't realize that until I got to my move site. I made do without it, but it would have been nice to have.

Post the return instructions somewhere more visible or email them to you in advance. Wasn't until I had parked the car that I saw you had to return online using a QR code.. Then had to circle the block to come back in and back up the trailer. No big deal, but would have been nice to know that before I parked, and went inside

had a disappointing experience this time . Picked up my van and when I returned home I discovered a refrigerator dolly in the back. I Spent over an hour on the phone with two different people trying to remedy this. Your dispatch finally told me he contacted Agoura location and that they would call me to arrange pick up…An hour later I had no call so I returned to the location and returned the dolly. I requested my miles and gas be refunded for the effort & this was agreed. I asked why they didn't call? I was told no one knew what to do because the boss was not there, and picking up the dolly would be after hours. I said it's almost dinner time..do you realize I've been waiting for your call to know what to do? Sorry he said I'll credit the miles & gas.. it's in the notes. Today I returned the van full of fuel. I was told I'd be given a $25 credit. Now looking at my bill I've been charged the original amount. The miles were absorbed by the flat rate (not deducted) & I filled the tank so no gas allowance is reflected that I can see. Sure hope you can help. Thanks

I had reservations. 30 minute wait only to be assigned a filthy dirty truck. Returned back in at the same location and within the 4 hour window. I was then told that According to the website, I was not at the correct drop off location. After apologies from the employee I was released 10 minutes later.

We reserved a refrigerator dolly only to arrive and find no Dollie's of any kind available. The whole purpose of renting the trailer was to move one refrigerator and they didn't have the dolly we needed to to do what we wanted to do.

Their “return” the truck routine is asinine. They are cutting down on their own efforts and dumping the entire responsibility onto the lap of the customer. They suggest the customer scan a QR code, follow and answer a series of questions, walked back out to the truck to take photographs of the odometer and gas indicator, and then submit through the download process. However, the app misfired two or three times in a row. And when this information was told to the employee, the response was “well G, we are busy, so you have to do it yourself“. I will never return to this location and I know that other locations provide a more traditional return service, since I have rented in the last 90 days in Miami Florida.

I believe the hidden fees and blotch mobile pick up functionality makes uhaul an undesirable choice to rent from. I had an overall exasperating experience with the cargo van rental. I had scheduled a pick up at 7P (store was closed) and had used the Mobile Service. Nothing worked! It took close to two hours to validate the account, smartphone and get into the cargo van. The van was filled less than half the tank but it didn't allow me to note that so when I had returned the van filled to the same spot-I was charged an additional fee. The wait time to access help of Customer Service was frustrating. After getting through, 40 mins later, I spent over an hour talking to the rep (who was kind and courteous) trying to resolve the mobile “pick up truck” feature, which I'm sure is common given the overall wait time. You can't imagine feeling pressured to borrow the van, make the move, and return the van within the allotted time to avoid extra fees and to experience the faulty mobile function, the tank wasn't filled correctly, and the van wasn't parked where it was shown in the picture so I had to go search for it. It was a terrible experience.

They made it easy for you because they're organized and the truck I wanted was available. I've rented many trucks before, but this experience was so hassle-free that I would rent here again without fear. Footnote: the one criticism I have for the person that checked me in was she had obviously not read your insurance policy and could not tell me wven the basics of what was covered.

Just an FYI... The driver side mirror requires tightening, the mirror slides down with the roads vibrations and the driver side rubber weather stripping falls down when you open the door.

Very rude was the manager and was charged $20 extra as I had to waste my gas because they said I never returned the trailer and they don't even do inventory on what was returned and on their lot. Lost a costumer for life and a couple of others that heard about it

The truck was supposed to have a 1/4 tank of fuel, but only had less than 1/8. The A/C didn't work. The cab was dirty and had biting insects. Trying to get hold of this location was impossible. I tried several times and the wait was over 30 minutes. I called the next day and got the company call center, this center doesn't answer calls most of the time. All that the call center could do is take $50 off, after being on the call for over an hour. Going through the u haul investigative process takes a number of days with no guarantees. They know for most people that they won't wait and they will go away without proper reduction in the rental cost. Clearly, I'll rent elsewhere next time. Sad how u haul treats their customers, but it's how they do business.

Worst Uhall experience I have ever had and I have used Uhall over a hundred times. I will never use this location ever again. In fact tomorrow we are getting a Rent-it truck because of our bad experience at this Uhall. We may never use Uhall ever again for our buisness because it seems you can no longer be trusted.
