Luz G.I made the reservation online to pick up trailer but when I arrived I was told no trailers want be available for pickup for the next 2 days .. why Uhaul took the reservation if no trailers were available doesn't make sense .. Luckily Carla the manager on-site was able to accommodate me with an alternative trailer .. She was able to think outside the box and resolve the issue.
Ramon L.9 am appointment, show up and there is not a trailer available for me to take. 2 hours of going back and forth even with TWO trailers on the lot that she said I couldn't have I was sent to a farther location.
Jonathan K.The began closing the store at 6PM, and the hours are to 7PM, I asked to rent a storage unit they stated there where none available. Proceded to make an online reservation and show them the unit was reserved and available, they took their sweet time making it available and closed the store at 6:40PM. I did my self check out of the truck after unloading it on the supposedly non available unit. Sad workers talk to them and make them happy to work there or find someone who would be grateful to work.
Luis A G.One of the ladies was highly aggressive and rude toward the customers, she verbally fought with at least 3 people in less than 15 minutes. The service was really slow, they seem messy and the line was getting so long. There was a mess since people with reservations could not rent the moving trucks since they were not in the location.

Iraida M.First of all YOU cancel my reservation for a small van, location for pick up not existing. I drove to a nearby location: the lady at the store was helpful, but I only could get a big van (more expensive and exceeding my space needs). Disgustingly dirty inside (sanitized?... keep dreaming!), extremely poor vehicle conditions (engine warning light ON), practically undrivable, I felt extremely unsafe, even during a short trip; this unit should be removed from the fleet for public safety. I don't know about the conditions of the other vehicles. My first time using U-Haul, probably the last one.

Tania B.I had to just get the keys from them since I did the 24/7 check out. I did everything at the truck and it said to go in and get the key. The woman there said I had to go to the back of the line to get the key. I asked another woman there and she quickly looked it up and gave me the key. The place needs retraining.
Christopher V.I scheduled the pick for this location a week in advance and when I show up at the scheduled date and time, they tell me that it's at another location (35 minutes away) and I had to go get it there.

alex C.When we got there I found out they gave our van rental to a woman named Joanna Leeann Smith… same initials as me, but very different name. They also already had a pending charge on my Amex. So this woman had a rental I'm my name with my credit card. The staff were terrible. I explained this was a huge liability issue (especially in Miami) It took me calling Amex, 90 mins trying the staff to sort the situation out.. they did not let us speak to a manager & it was basically the worst rental experience of my life. Ever.

GUELLERY P.Overall: very unprofessional. They couldn't deliver on the day requested. Fine. But they didn't give me 24 hour notice as to when they would deliver. Then because it was a day late to arrive, it set me into my next billing cycle. They said they would credit me the amount paid for the next month's storage, but this never happened. It took me numerous calls (waiting on hold an hour or more each time) to get through to someone. Also, my U-boxes came wrapped in tons of plastic and I had no way of cutting the plastic off, so that delayed me another few hours until they came back and handled that. Overall, the service would be good, but it was more hassles than anything else. Negative rating for customer service and phone waiting time. Either you don't have enough phone reps or you have too many other people calling in to complain as well. Sort your sh*t out, U-haul!!! Posting this review to google as well.
Sandy H.Office personnel were good, but outside staff were not. Used an auto carrier and after 50 miles the strap on the front left tire had come off!!! Very uncomfortable situation to be in and shows a total lack of training. No one mentioned the need to use Truck Map app that should be used to ensure adequate clearance under bridges on route. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

CRISTIAN P.UBox had no way to gauge if I was over weight. I had only enough money to rent UBoxes. Both were overweight. They text me to come remove my belongings or rent more. I had no choice but to unload and rent a truck and auto transport. The rental over $3000and $4000 in fuel caused me to be on the streets in Miami with no money to rent an apartment. It was the point of no return I had already quit both of my jobs and couldn't turn back. U haul was only willing to compensate for $300 and claims to care and that they have no way for customers to tell if they are overloaded or not. Even if there was a red line “danger zone†for me to know. U Haul force me to be on the streets a single woman on the streets. I live in Walmart parking lot because they cost me all I had worked for to rent a place. Now currently I am finding that I can't rent a place without a job and can't get a job without an address. I will never use UHaul again and will not recommend it to anyone else.

They send me to another location, allegedly the truck was ready, got there 15 miles farther, the truck was rented to someone else. The time to answer a call for any reason ( 1 hour and 20 minutes ) Impossible to talk to anyone with knowledge of what is going on!

You system is not customer friendly; I had to go to a different storage in Doral (40 minutes away) and then back to the North Miami facility in order to store my items. Webpage (My account) does not register the current sotarge rental under my name, which makes it impossible to make an online payment.

The young lady that helped me seemed like she was struggling to keep conscious and had little interest in being there. When we had an issue with the keypad to get in we were admonished by a very annoyed front desk worker who told us we weren't using both keypads. The issue was no one told us there were two or that they needed to be used together or in what order. We were supposed to guess. When I asked if she could just check the code in case it was the code so I wouldn't have to come back she said just use both keypads as though she couldn't be bothered. It's a good thing your business model is based on demand and need as opposed to customer service and sales ability. You'd be bankrupt and out of business otherwise

Alaxei K. | Premières impressionsWhen we first arrived, we were told our storage locker was at another address completely (incorrect). Multiple times when we visited our storage locker we had to ask staff to move their car as it was blocking the loading door. 4 days prior to my storage unit expiring, I called their office, told the man who answered the phone that i would like to extend for another month, and he took my credit card number. A week later a woman called me and said my payment was overdue, and threatening me with late fees and lien fees etc etc. It turns out the man had only processed "the insurance owing on the first month" (~$10). I had been told upon original check in that this was included in my first free month. When the woman processed my 2and month rental payment, she charged me 2 lots of insurance. ******I would like 1 of these refunded please******
