Very poor communication when my box arrived at this location. I was told it would be delivered the next day but then another person called me and say that's never going to happen because they were too busy. Then that same person called me back and said they weren't open the weekends, which was obv not true. Would've been nice to not be lied to multiple times by the staff here which resulted in my box being held up for 2 weeks there before they could deliver it, which I'm sure they are going to charge me for as well now. Was a good device just didn't appreciate the lies about the scheduling and the confusion between the staff about the scheduling.Jenna P.

Because I needed the trailer a few hours prior to when they opened on Monday, and because they were not open Saturday or sunday I was told to pick it up late on Friday for return monday afternoon and I would be charged for one day. I was charged for two days. It isn't a big deal, except it was not what I expected. Otherwise everything was fine. Great people at the dealership.Dave W.
There is no u-haul in Gaylord Michigan. We were told to drop off in Gaylord. After some phone calls and looking all over Gaylord for u-haul we ended up in a town called Waters which was 12 miles south of Gaylord. Once we found a place to drop off your app was very easy and helpful.mary T.

The check in and out of the vehicle was a nightmare. The App didn't work and when I turned in the truck the app wouldn't let me get past the first step. I called and waited on the phone for over an hour to check in my vehicle. Pricing was considerably higher than what I was quoted on the phone. I know taxes had to be included but they weren't that high. I was also told I got a discount if I delivered the UHaul to the location they wanted it delivered to. We did that but didn't get any money back.Suzan B.

Everything involved with U-Haul was top notch! I even found out there was brand new tires just put on the trailer. After travel to the dealership and loading the motorcycle we stayed overnight and left the next day. Once on the road I began to notice a slight vibration. Stopping at a Belle Tire store we found ALL lug nuts needing significant tightening. Had them "torqued" to trailer specs. Problem solved! Trailer tracked straight as an arrow, no vibration!Charles C.

Internet was not working and worker was a employee was a bit frustrated. The equipment was dirty, snowy, icy, dirty with very low tread life. One of the wheel straps was heavily frayed and could not fit through the ratchet and I therefore had to spend $90 to purchase new straps to secure my vehicle. I would like to be reimbursed for these straps and can give them back to U-HaulChris P.

I am usually there to pick up on Saturday and drop off Monday or Tuesday night, it works out OK, understandable someone can't be there at those hours. The first time I tried to use uhaul the parking lot was not plowed so I had to change my moving day. Returned the next weekend and it took forty minutes to do truckshare. I had to fix the wiper blade myself. The uhaul got stuck in the snow and even though I had paid for roadside assistance, uhaul refused to send a tow truck (after being on hold for forty five minutes and told me I didn't pay for roadside assistance). After I having to pay for my own tow truck I returned the truck without ever moving anything. Then you guys tried to bill me for roadside assistance. I will never try to work with uhaul again and I will say the same to everyone I know.John R.

In the trailer I rented, I found the right front tie-down ring is missing. This went unnoticed when I got the trailer. No problem I made do, but for future rentals this should be fixed. Excellent service, great price, and thank you very much!RONALD CURTIS R.
Need to keep more in touch with the customer. Our pods arrived in Michigan on December 17th. We signed for our house on the 20th of December did not get our pods until January 9. Therefore we had to buy stuff we shouldn't had to get. Did not know the pods where in Michigan. Cost us a lot to get stuff we already had in the pods.john T.

It's not the Detroit location but corporate that lied but you don't have a survey for corporate even though they are the ones that take all bookings. So disgustingly you make customers rate a local shop poorly due to corporate incompetence. The lady that booked my reservation sold me moving help. Your website says they are Uhaul workers. Shows them wearing Uhaul shirts and wrapping all furniture in the pictures. The lady from Uhaul told me the movers would provide blankets and wrap. I paid for this. They did not and 100 % of my furniture was ruined. I called Uhaul and the customer service rep said â€œWe won't pay for anythingâ€ and that no one in the company was higher then her. I didn't get her name but must have been the CEO if they were the highest in the company per her. Then I sent a message to the mover. They said nobody for Uhaul provides blankets. But yet it's even on your website with pictures.JEFFREY B.

I had the 26 ft. truck and found it much rougher riding than expected. I had a relativly light load 900+/- pounds. On "new" concrete highway in Indiana the truck would "hop" hard enough to cause some damage to the load and was VERY uncomfortable. It acted like the airbags were either " dumped" (empty) or were at too much pressure for the load. The vendor location was GREAT, my issue was with the truck.GREGORY LEE W.

Had several problems navigating the express check-in software from a PC, and the pickup location had conflicting information on file that the manager could not resolve using his U-Haul software. Had to call a company rep to correct the mistake, but my "express" check-in lasted a full hour. When I tried to use the mobile app for after-hours return, it would not allow me to access my U-Haul account. I had to call customer service to complete the process. I won't be using online reservation again, just too many bugs in the software. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the transaction.John K.

I took the boat out of storage 16 days prior to end of lease for the month of May but the storage facility would not prorate my last month.
