I see you have charged my account twice. What isnthe reason for this? Charge of 87.50 on 11/2 and also another charge of 87.50 on 11/4. Please immediately refund 87.50. The store #5904 in Rockville, MD is not picking up even thou closing hours are not for another 45 minutes. Thank you. 202-841-2394

There was no problem picking up the vehicle. Gentleman was friendly and I was in and out in 10 minutes. The problem came when returning the vehicle since it was after they had closed. I took a picture of the mileage used, locked the truck and put the key in the night drop. After I had done this I noticed a text from UHaul that I needed to take a picture of the mileage and the fuel tank and uploaded it on the site they had sent me. I could not upload the picture I had taken. Well it would have helped to have known that in the beginning before I had locked up the vehicle and having put the key in the slot, I had no way of getting this information. I then called the help line to discuss and was connected with Shawn who corresponded by text and basically told me I would be responsible to pay a $20 service fee. Service for what? When I replied to him I was notified that my time for discussion had run out and he was no longer available to discuss. I drove 15 miles with the truck and had no issues until this ending which really made me realize I would not be using Uhaul again. Once again I give the location a 5, but the customer service by the company a zero+

It wasn't a totally bad rental but I did and still do have some concerns. My mileage and gas levels were incorrect which they did commit to correct but only put notes and didn't actually change in the system so it required several different conversations with corporate. I also was required to sign 2 separate contracts, one with the information, another one blank. I was in a bit of a rush so I didn't think thing thoroughly. I called them back regarding the mistakes and the blank contract and they told me they would take care of the mistakes and not to worry about the blank contract. I still have concerns about the blank contract.

Amount for one way long distance was not clear during the rental. I was told what ever I didn’t use money would be returned to me between the amount of gas and $1553.00 out of pocket. I would never recommend Uhaul. When I spoke to Penske they quoted the upfront cost which was $1053 a lot cheaper then you Uhaul cost. I will not use Uhaul again during my move, because you had one employee that wasn’t clear that the cost would be final cost. Rip Off deal!!!

I needed less than 1.2 gallons of gas and was charged $11 which is absurd for 87 octane gas! there is understandably a small fee for them having to get gas but that is egregious.

The online part took a long time, over 20 minutes, and I couldn't get through to Uhaul by 1-800 or phoning other local store Also I paid $5 for 6 furniture pads which did not come. And I am having trouble getting a receipt that I can email to estate that wants to reimburse me. With all of that, it would help to have more people at the 1-800 number so it's easier to talk to a person. The drop off was a breeze at Dan's place in Frostburg MD.

The individual that was helping us was extremely rude and aggressive. It was clear to me that this person was most likely drunk or on some kind of drug causing him to be so aggressive. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

If you call to get the information about your rental truck being dropped in the location before the given time, they simply hang up and when you try to reach them again, they won’t pick the phone up and simply let the phone ring.. Terrible...

The parking lot was very crowded and the service desk hard to find. It was very cramped and cluttered inside, but the customer service representatives were great!

I had a difficult time finding this location and it did not seem well maintained. The person there was also not especially friendly. I wanted to stick around until he checked out the truck in case he saw any damage, check the mileage, etc. And he seemed very annoyed I wanted to do that.

Was unloading at a residential site where I could not park the truck. Hired Moving Help to unload the truck as fast as possible and while I returned the truck, the helpers moved stuff into my new home. However, this resulted in my not returning 50 of the blankets until the following day. This resulted in a $500.00 charge on my account! But all the blankets were returned!!!!!!
