Hard to understand his accent, & took a long time.
Shelia PPlug for wire lights was short would not reach to vehicles light receiver had to buy extended to the lights. Ball hitch was worn and gave trailer lot of free movement when stopping and takeoffs. The tech miss quoted price said would be around 18 and change one day rental 192 was price at the counter.

Nadun PThis was the WORST experience we have EVER had!! the location was manned by Indian staff therefore there was a very strong accent to the point where we could hardly understand them. The location was basically a smoke shop where you can purchase smoking paraphernalia, gamble on gambling machines etc. My wife and I actually felt uncomfortable being inside that location! The staff was not very knowledgeable on how to transact the rental. The trailer was full of cigarette buts and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as well! when we returned the trailer (as we were told we had to in order to prevent a LARGE fee, the experience was even worse!! The employee who was on duty was new. he did not know ANYTHING regarding U-Haul. We had to wait for him to try to contact his boss to find out what to do. we were there for almost an HOUR just to try to return the trailer. we even took pics to prove we returned it in case it was not entered into the system correctly. NEVER NEVER will we rent ANYTHING if we are sent to this location to pick up and deliver a trailer or anything else!!!!!!!
Lorry SOriginal contact and reservation for a 15 ft truck, 12 pads and a furniture dolly were made at 1428 S. Tyler in Wichita, KS. That location and personnel were excellent. Had to pick up a 20 ft truck at 802 N. Wet St. He had 5 pads and no furniture dolly and thought I was getting a Trailer. Got additional pads from original location. No dolly. Truck was great.
james bMan at the counter was not helpful at all. I was insured my items I rented we in the truck and when I got to my packing location they were not. Paid way more for what I got. Never again at this location will I go.

Dana VStore manager did not know how to hookup trailer, in fact he did everything wrong from the get go. Chains were wrong, and he didn't screw down the ball on my receiver hitch,, I did this myself after realizing he did not do it. Took to a Derby location to have them check it before I left for California

Christina HThe gentleman behind the counter eventually got the rental figured out but It was an ordeal. Worst part of the experience was the fact that he couldn't get his card-reader to function properly which sent me to an ATM only to return behind schedule. Not the worst. Not the best.

Huerta EIt wasn't swept out, all damage to the truck wasn't marked, it was very filthy inside the cab. The employees were rude and treated me like I was stupid, I feel because I was a woman and forced them to walk around the truck with me. I took pictures as well. There was even blood by the back door.
Rhonda LComments are for Uhaul, not pick-up location: I'm sure you've heard this before but, driving a thousand miles without cruise control is ridiculous. If I had known ahead of time that this option is not on your trucks, I wouldn't have spent $1200 to make my leg hurt. How cheap is Uhaul that that isn't on there. You obviously have never driven your own vehicles anywhere. Very disappointed..

ramona cThe pick up location 1Stop is a convenience/gas-station/head-shop that does not carry any of the additional items you need to use a trailer. So in between people buying beer my transaction took about 45 minutes to complete not including two trips to the Auto Parts Store to get the items 1Stop didn't have. This in addition to the nonsense of requiring two personal contacts that the clerk called to confirm the numbers.

Epley DMade a reservation to pick up in Andover, both car dollies lights weren't working. Had to drive an extra 60 miles to west side of Wichita to pick up another one. The straps to secure the car was soaked in oil. Had to drive an extra 60 miles to return the dollie, I couldn't just return it to Andover or they would of charged me double
Jesse DThe plug for the lights were bent and would not plug in until I repaired the bent connector. I had to drive it in the dark of early morning about 8 miles across town to the loading location and repair the connector. It didn't seem to bother the agent that rented me the trailer that I would have to drive without lights. He said he had no means of repairing it.

Jim ATrailer was full of broken glass the I cleaned out! Very small gas station in bad part of town! Did not have my straps but I was charged for them via online site. Will not be using Uhaul again!

Stephen HPlease do not go to this location. It took them forever just to get the keys to the uhaul. Then there were beer cans on the outside and inside. They also tried to over charge me and didn't ask how many miles I would be driving. They also after I returned it stole my credit card information and used it for an online dating website. This was the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul and will not be returning. I should have just went with penske instead.
