The only thing I was disappointed about was the missing extra rental moving equipment we ordered (furniture trolly and furniture padding). We didn't notice this until we were at our moving location which made it difficult for us to move larger things. I've been trying to get in contact with customer service for a refund and haven't received a response.
Kimberly S.The agent is nice and patient, but the truck is not that clean. It still has an rancid cat food in there and make the cart incomparable. Also, I ordered an dolly online, however the agent told me all dollies or other carrying cart was out of stock. It was terrible to carry without dolly.
Bill Y.It was an awful experience. The trucks sensors were all messed up causing a beeping sound to go off the entire trip. On top of that, the trucks locking system would continuously go off. It was an bad experience.

James V.location is convenient as part of a gas station and open 24hrs. However, I had reserved a dolly, hand truck, and blankets to MOVE homes and they had none. How am i supposed to move without these items? VERY DIFFICULTLY. Will not recommend this location to anyone.

They have over charged me and also made false claims for extra money stating that I must pay for a speeding violation and also charging me for gas that I had already filled up when I turned in the truck. They are perpetually harassing me for more money and creating false claims to extort money from me because I am older and on disability! I have put out a extra additional $700 and I want their harassment to stop immediately! Now they have recreated to false claims of $26,59 and also $106 What is going on with is company? If this harassment continues I will take the haul company to court and sue them for extortion and harassment!

RAYMOND L.Ease of picking up car and drop off but the owner/operator should make it part of the service to check the cargo van BEFORE it's rented by the next customer. We shouldn't be burdened the battery being drained by its previous use/earlier customer.
Jenny P.Vehicle handbrake was faulty and needs servicing. Location internet access was poor. Hard to pay and couldn't link to vehicle condition report. Staff were very nice.
