Bradly M.I chose to pick keys up in the office. When we arrived, the office had a paper saying they were closed, even though online said they were open u til 4. We were unable to get the keys from the lock box, so we knocked on the door. The lady was EXTREMELY rude. Didn't say anything to start so I explained our situation. She was very short, very rude, and said "it's on the app". Well, the problem was the app was saying I was nowhere near the location and i could not get a code to access the box. After literally 15 minutes of errors and no help from whoever owns the place, I had to contact customer service. That was another frustrating situation because we were again, at the lot, and the people were telling me I was not, that we were 0,8 miles away. I had to do some quick scans of drivers license, etc. And after about 8 minutes we managed to get the code to the lock box from customer service. This location was awful, the experience was a pain - we were both LATE to work because of it, and I do NOT plan on renting from this location again in the future, may even go with a differently company all together because it just really sucked being in a pinch with little help, and what little help we got being the worst service. A waste of money. Very unsatisfied and disappointed- we've never had issues like this before when renting.

Matthew G.The person doing the contract and such was pushing for extra charges, when I disputed them, she claimed her system kept resetting. Finally I gave in as I was then running late, of course it worked just fine then. Office was MESSY, smelled of animals. There were cats everywhere. To top that off, photos used in the damage report were of the vehicle in brand new condition. However it had many scrapes, dings, and was dirty. I've been using uhaul for 20+ years for all my moving and hauling needs. This was by far my least enjoyable experience.

But other than that the staff was amazing and even stayed later just to help me as well as 2 other customers.

I understand that sometimes this happens but at least come the customer in the loop because when I went to pick up the Uhaul which should've been a 5-10m dispatch it took 45-1hr! I had people who took time out of their day to help me move and we were all on a strict schedule!

And pick up was worse my location was changed to another location but never told me where so I showed to where I booked and spent an hour just trying to get dispatched . Once I was able to get truck it was all great but honestly I wouldn't use u haul again

Amie O.We were not told that our vehicle would be at this location until we showed up on time to the location (in a different city) where our reservation said the truck would be. We were frustrated and told the employees that this was unacceptable. We came to learn that the people at these locations get no notice of where the trucks are going to be. In other words UHaul does a bad job telling customers what the status of their order is and forces these employees to deal with upset customers and expects all the flack from Uhaul's poor management to fall on employees who do not cause the problems. I will make every effort to never use uhaul again if this does not change and I think it shameful that your business model seems to pass the buck of organizational failures on to employees who have no knowledge of the problems or ability to remedy them. The staff at this location was great but communication from Denver was terrible

Larry E.Reservation was canceled had to pay more for a bigger truck, do to place being closed. Radiator leaked, didn't shift right, rpms went up to 5000 before shifting, customer service had me on hold for a long time just to get hung up on. Had to call and wait again. Horrible.

Les B.The truck's engine has degraded to the point that not only does it require a large amount of gas to go beyond 40mph, but the odometer registers more distance than what was traveled. Additionally, all of my boxes now smell faintly of cat urine. I don't think the owners cat are related to this fact, but someone's is. The truck should be disinfected.
James F.The truck was great. The complaint that I have is that I reserved a dozen moving blankets that weren't in the truck when I arrived at the location. I wasted 15 minutes on the phone with U-Haul trying to get blankets, but I was told that I would have to pick them up from a different location. I ended up haven't to inconveniently buy extra cardboard boxes to use instead of the moving blankets.

MELANIE S.This location was very hard to find. Once we did Find it, we walked in and it stunk!!!!! The smell of cat urine and filth (trying to be naked with floral air freshener) was overwhelming!!! We were in the office for 5 min waiting for someone. We ended up having to call the main number to finally get the owner to help us. She was curt and tried to be “helpful†but in a very dictator way. There was no customer service. We were almost inconveniencing her. Even after leaving, we could “smell†the office for awhile afterward.

There were sausage pieces found in the cab (most likely from pizza), dog hair, make up stains. We are still in a pandemic and not only had this not been sanitized, it hadn't even been cleaned. My husband had to spend time cleaning it.
