There was a huge tire mark in the storage unit from a previous tenant. I never had a vehicle in the unit. Upon final inspection, the employee blamed me for it and withheld my deposit. She was very rude and mean to me even though I stayed respectful and polite.

She was incapable of working with me when it came to returning the deposit because it was a unique situation. I was in a car accident and am completely immobile for 3-6 months. We are currently living in a temporary house on base and would be moving into our permanent residents in the middle of December. She acted as if there was nothing she could do and got extremely irritated with me. Completely unnecessary and needs to be told how to handle situations for customers. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone I know.

BARBARA JThe location ended up being farther out of the way than I thought. I was kinda in a hurry, but the lady took two phone calls while she was drawing up my papers. I had to wait about 20 minutes and there were no other people around. I was the only customer there. U-Haul's Online Reservation system is very poor. Not only is it confusing for a one-way reservation, but the truck I thought I had reserved ended up not there even though I received a confirmation for the reservation. I had to pick up the truck in another town. Furthermore, the reservation center in Raleigh told me that I would get a $50 credit on my CC, which never happened. I had to call today, 2 weeks later, to get the credit....Lori had no notes on the $50 credit and asked me the woman's name I talked to since they had nothing in the system about the credit. Lori sounded very reluctant to give me the credit, but I am not confident that I will even get the credit within the next 10 days. Overall, the customer service at U-Haul is POOR!
CHANDLER BNo improvement needed. Karen was excellent !!! Her son Rick did a fantastic job loading and driving my furniture from NC to AR. Not one scratch on my furniture. Karen was knowledgable and extremely helpful with what I needed. Enjoyed working with her and her son.

Although there were some issues with our initial reservation that could have been a headache, working through them with Karen was a breeze. We would go out of our way to work with this location again.

Regina CThis was one if the worst experiences I've had with uhaul. I had to drive 30 min to pick the Uhaul up, this location didn't have any moving equipment at all. The employee hooked the trailer up but did it wrong and it came off during the drive back to the house causing the wireto rip off. We then had to go to a second location to get an appkiance dolly and furniture blankets. I drove around on a day I should have been loading and moving.

TEXAN SI have no problems with the staff @ hwy 13 mini storage. My problem was that I rented a truck in one city and got a rental 50 miles away. If I had known that was going to happen, I would've looked elsewhere. That's a quarter tank of gas out of my pocket to drive to the intended city!!!
