They messed up my entire rental and time by 4 hours. Very frustrating and they were not accommodating. They are incapable of the 24/7 pick up, and we're very slow even after delaying my pick up time by 4 hours.Isabel Z.

I was sent to this location by Uhaul, in was told there was no 15' truck there, that I did reserve early. My previous reservation was scheduled for 8808 N Division St Spokane, Wa The new location 16 cents, had no idea I was rerouted to them and there was not my reserved truck size. Michael went out of his way to try and smooth over what had become a nightmare. I was given the 21' for the price of the 15'. My credit card shows two billing charges and I am hopeful that one is credited very soon. I arrived in Enumclaw, WA to return truck and was told I was late. Y contract said two days and rep at drop off said no, 24 hours and I was to have been there at 10am. I pick up a truck at 10, load the truck and then supposed to drive all night to unload and return at 10? Very disappointed with this moving experience. Make the store look like it handles U-Haul products and services. Needs displays etc. Truck had poor or no A/C most of the time.kennith W.
Have your guys explain that you need to use some shitty website to return keys so customers understand before using the dropbox. Also stay open weekends so it's not such a shitty deal trying to find a truck and return the damn thingnelson D.

I used the truck for half a day, and got charged by uhaul $82 plus I put $10 gas in there. Pretty soon Uhaul will chargetheir customers extra if they open and close the doors on the truck, then they will have a radio usage fee. Uhaul rips people off. Penske truck rentals treat their customers better. Use Penske.sergey K.

Initially we were told to pick up the uhaul at one location. We were traveling and unable to check email. We got a taxi to the first place only to find out we needed to be in a second location. We needed to get another taxi. This made us 45 minutes late to meet with the men we hired. Not happy. Although we were helped by Dan at the first place The people in Hamilton Montana were wonderfulJeffrey G.
My catering company recently used the U-Haul services at 16 Cents in Spokane Washington. The customer service person there was everything we could have hope to expect. His personalality was outstanding, warm and welcoming. My wife and I plan to use U-Haul services for any future endeavors simply for these three reasons. 1. Great customer service. 2. Clean and well running trucks. 3. Great prices. Thank you so much for making my catering event on that day a complete success.Andrew M.

Gotta say, the UHAUL website we use to commit to a rental / pre-pay for a website is OK. Would like the process to modify rental conditions (renting a dolly or pads, etc.) a bit more "intuitive". otherwise, fairly clear.DAVID R.

Since the small town I was leaving didn't have a rental center I called customer service. Their gal was awesome!! She did all she could to make the trip easier for me, adding the extra miles I needed for pick up & drop off, even giving me an extra day. The extra day was indeed a blessing allowing my sisters & me to load and unload the 26ft truck & still be able to walk. Thank you!!! KatKat a F.

No issues with location, very helpful and polite indivuals. My only issue is using the Uhaul/Share wesbite to return the rental. Despite having my Share Location/GPS on, it would not enable my location. I tried for an hour. I then called your customer service a total of 7 times, three times it took 15-30 min before I spoke w/ an individual and 2 times I was inadvertently hung up on your end. They eventually made a note that I dropped off the vehicle at 7,3PM, 2,5 hrs before my scheduled time, but I was still charged 2 days. I called the next day to clarify and receive a refund. In summary, location was great. But the Uhaul 24/7 return website was ineffective, causing a cascade of issues. Your customer service took 1,5 hrs before I evr spoke w/ an individual. And despite calling to clarify, I had was still charged an extra rental period and had to spend more time the next day trying to resolve the extra charges. Note, I have images as documentation and verification of all the additional steps that had to be taken if anyone would like to speak w/ me about this issue and improve this process. Merci.Robert A.
