This is a fishing bait and tackle store. They sell mud minnows, shiners, crickets, worms, etc. They also rent uHauls. There is a single employee who is doing the best he can, but wait times are long. Also, hours they are open seem to vary and when I returned with my trailer at the assigned time, the office was closed during published open hours. However, from what I understand pretty much all the UHAUL locations in Bryan County Georgia should be closed.

Just dropped the truck off here. Really just a vacant lot with a small shop that has the drop box keys and locks. It served it's purpose, but not the fanciest of places.

The gentlemen who helped me was not to confident on how to complete my reservation. Also, he did my transaction wrong and I had to contact 800 gouhaul in order to get it fixed. Very inconvenient.

Took an hour & a half to get the trailer even after doing the transaction several days before pickup. You must refund the money i paid for 2 dozen pads WHICH I DID NOT RECIEVE! The drop off service was excellent. Steve Boney

I was told the truck had 1/2 tank of gas, it did not. One full needle before reaching the 1/2 full mark. The speedometer did not work, the speed needle bounced around. I had to get someone to go ahead of me so I would not go over the speed limit.

Small bait shop that was very convenient to drop off but lacked good location to back in the hauler without extending into the highway. The young lady let me pull around to the back to back the hauler in there which was very helpful and safer.

I don’t think it was the locations fault but the trailer leaked water onto all the contents inside. That was why I rented an enclosed trailer, to keep the items out of the elements.

Try to find a closer location if you cannot fulfill an online order and if you see that the pickup location must be changed further than 20 miles from the original requested pickup location and it was changed at the last minute then it would only make sense for the customer to be charged the difference or at a lower mileage rate due to the change!

This place was extremely helpful. The original place we went, express auto in Richmond Hill, GA was disgusting. They needed a serious cleaning... not only that but they did not have our truck that we had reserved weeks prior, claimed it was on a "corporate move" and was never returned. We waited there for 10+ minutes to see if he could give us another truck only to have to go to the other location, wait for 15 minutes to finally get a truck. I will NEVER use Uhaul again... this was a terrible experience... it took us over any hour to get our truck and I was bitten by fire ants at one of the locations. The only positive was that they Owner at 17 South Bait and Tackle was extremely nice and super helpful.

1st location was non-existent and would not accept the trailer. We found the 2nd location and got no assistance in turning the trailer in. We asked where to leave the empty boxes and was told not to worry about it.

A very unprofessional and dishonest operation. While I was aware of previous comments from customers dropping off equipment at this location stating that they were wrongfully charged cleaning fees or wrongfully charged for accessories they had returned, this was the closest location to me. Therefore, I made sure that the truck was properly cleaned before returning the equipment to this location on the night of my arrival. The next day, I received an email invoice charging a $25 cleaning fee. I returned twice to this location to inquire and resolve this charge and was finally put through to the owner who claimed the truck was extremely dirty. When I told him I made sure it was clean in light of previous complaints, he told me my $25 won't make or break him and I can complain all I want. Obviously this is an ongoing practice for this individual and his business and UHAUL does not seem to take much effort to police their franchise owners. This location's facilities were dirty (ironic) with very limited space for return of equipment at night. Evaluate the valid customer comments on this location and find another location to obtain/return your equipment.

I had reservations for a 6x12 trailer rental for two days. It was for 59.90 plus 16. For safe tow and 5.for safe trip. A total of 75.90. Furthermore I had reservations two weeks prior at one location and was notified of no availability. I ended with four sets of changed reservations before being directed here. My final bill just emailed to me was $160. I want my money refunded immediately. Total overcharge and shitty customer service. Most people would discount a service after that mess. Please contact me for a refund of the overcharge.

At the time of drop off. I went during their business hours and I wanted them to inspect the truck while I am their and I was told that I can leave and they will email me the receipt. Yes they emailed me the receipt with some extra charges which I disagree. I counted the 6 furniture blanks which they said it was 5. I returned the truck clean and they charge me $15 for cleaning. I have rented U Haul several times and this is the 1st time I have seen these charges. If I went to return the truck and was willing to stay while they inspect why would an agent tell me to go and they will inspect. Agent was not busy and had no other customers their when I went their and he was holding the pad as he was going to inspect at that moment. Not to mention I returned the truck one day earlier. Please respond.

Dropped off rental during posted business hours on u-haul website but location was not staffed and I was charged an extra day rental because of it. Also the truck was sticky (like a coke had been dropped on the interior door) and was charged a cleaning fee. I’ve had no resolution almost 2 weeks later after 4 phone calls and requests to speak to an area manager.

Honestly, I think that this was my best experience. I have used UHAUL for nearly 20yrs of moving for the military. I think that you would get more military users if you offered a military discount. The service to this country is hard and having to move every two to three years takes a toll on us. But using a company that is military friendly would relieve some financial burden.

Always confirm your online reservations with your u-Haul pick up appointment ahead of time. Then get there early enough because there may be errors or missing information. U-Haul needs to be more accurate with the reservations. The pick up location didn't have an accurate account of my online requests. Even though I made these reservations in advance to save time, I had to give my information all over again with all my license plate numbers etc. It took just as long to go inside and confirm all the reservations because it was not updated on their end. All in all they were still accommodating. I don't believe it was any error on their part.

Called several times with No return call. Arrive to location and it was closed. A pencil written note was attached to door with 2 phone number and I called for more than 30 minutes without a reply. Once the person answered the phone.....He stated, Just drop the keys in the box and did you sweep out the truck and I stated yes but they still charged me 25.00 which I'm disputing. This location sucks.... they need to be open during business hrs and not lie on customers.
