Elmer S.The truck was clean and drove well except one of the battery terminal bolts were loose. During my trip the vehicle suddenly wouldn't start and I had to re-tighten the positive terminal. A battery installed without full torque is a pretty bad oversight.
nick R.The U-Haul website malfunctions by not allowing you to cancel all shipping and handle everything except the truck rental at the local office. I went around a couple times with the forms online, and finally ended up calling the office directly to reserve the truck. The website had a lot of features, and looks like a good way to go, until you get stuck in the endless loop.

He helped with uber/lyft transportation after we returned the van -- something he did not need to do. His Uhaul employer should reward him -- he was awesome and a great person. He is a hard worker who wants to get ahead, learn from his college classes, and chase the American Dream. A terrific employee to help us with this move!

Dan C.the lock on the back of the truck was not working with the code that was texted to me, I called customer service and the 4th code finally worked. It was pouring rain out. The mobile webpage was not easy to get working- and no one called me on Thursday night like Uhaul said they would. And the link sent to upload my driver's license ahead of time sent you to a blank page. I don't think Uhaul is ready to be doing mobile reservations- humans are still needed. I won't be renting again with out the office open- too difficult!

Francisco L.After returning the truck before it's due time, I was charge an additional $100 dollars for a less then $3 dollar increment on the gas gage, this was not merit, the surprise came after days of returning the rental, but ok Uhaul never again!
James D.All moving trucks should have cruise control. The truck we had was well-maintained, but obviously had seen a lot of wear over its 76 000 miles. The UHaul attendant was helpful and fast while checking us out.

Alan K.The return was VERY confusing on the app...not the fault of this location. The request for a "photo" of the odometer was the LAST thing requested. I noted the odometer on a piece of paper but I had already dropped the key in the lock box because I was carrying several items.

Once I found that The app crashed several times before I could load all the required information. I finally reached a customer service person after a 14 minute wait, then had to be transferred to tech user I've and waited an additional 10 min. In all it took an hour to complete the check out. Unacceptable poor experience.

thomas D.The vehicle check engine light was on when I first turned on the ignition. Told the service rep who said it has been like that and truck would still run. Asked for the other truck instead and was told it was rented. Needed to move so I took the truck which clearly had transmission issues. Came back next day and alternate truck was still available. Lousy service, still have no copy of charges
Cary F.I have rented trucks at this location 3-4 times a year for 10 years. This was absolutely the worst experience ever, using the online reservation system. The website goofed the login information so it was impossible to log in. Without advance notice, the website asked for additional credentials while picking up the truck, requiring multiple unexpected calls to others, to be made confirming my identity. The UHaul website is truly awful. The Moran Leasing staff was always great, but this experience was absolutely the worst: cumbersome, time consuming, frustrating. The Help staff on the website were very good. Nothing wrong with the location or the truck, but the process was absolutely terrible. Even this survey is terrible, it's asking me to confirm pick up location, which is noted already at the top, and there is no where on the survey to confirm location.
