I didn't get a call or notification for the whole location-change thing. Since my move-out plan is made, I have to spend 20 mins taking Uber to the new location. My whole plan for that day is messed up.

I called three days beforehand to confirm that the size truck I needed was available, and that I would be able to pick it up with my phone, before the location was open. This was not the case, I had to wait for the location to open, and I was also given the wrong size truck. Poor communication from this team throughout the entire process. I will not be using this location again.

In hindsight he just sent me an agreement that I didn't look at, assuming good intent and he screwed me. Never sent me a bill. Charged me 400 dollars for a van for 24 hours. The guy is a scam artist and a creep. Made a ton of creepy comments towards my wife.

Jonathan M.I originally booked pickup at 6am, and my reservation expired at 7am and could only reserve again at 9am. This cost me $50 in additional transportation fees and lost time. You should keep reservations open longer.

Betty H.Wow was it bad. The truck cab smelled like cigarette smoke. The back of the truck smelled much much worse. Almost unbearable to be inside it. Almost like a rotting flesh smell. There was a rotten flesh like substance on the ramp we discovered that was so gross we just opted to lift everything in rather than roll it in. Clearly no effort made on your guys' part to prepare or clean the vehicle. And then there was a broken hatch in the storage compartment that the employee said would not be charged to my account since he would document it properly. I even call after dropping off the vehicle to confirm I won't get charged for it. And what do you fucking know I get a bullshit claim for $200 from you guys that I can only assume is for that broken hatch. Too bad the claim had such bad documentation I couldn't even review what it was for. So I call you guys to get more information and after speaking with two clueless uhaul employees who can't even find the claim when I read it off to them (from the email you guys sent me this morning!) I'm now just moving on and likely will get charged for this damn broken rotten-flesh covered hatch. Terrible experience overall. The truck was shit. The pickup depot was a mess. I'm getting charged for something I didn't break. I thought maybe a discount for working with a messy/damaged vehicle (what a naive customer I was!).

Joseph C.This is the 2nd time that I had a problem with the truck. The fuel tank hose was cut. When I was 60 miles north of Seattle putting gas in the truck and found out that the hose was cut under the truck. You do not need to check under the truck every time you rent a truck to see if the line was cut. I wasted 3 hours to get this fixed and by returning the truck I did has to be compensated but, NO I was not. The first time the little flapper in the tank was bent so I was not able to put gas into the truck. So I will never rent from this location again!

William-David I.The woman who helped us wouldn't add another authorized driver in the system because it was “too much paperworkâ€. She didn't change the fuel starting amount in the contractâ€"tank was empty upon receipt, but paper work says there was over a 1/4 tank. It took time for us to fill up the tank at the start of our reservation. This should have been done before we picked up the van. She would not explain the price breakdown and confused me, then told me to remove my card prematurely which then froze the system. It took 30 minutes to get the truck: we had the reservation from 9:30am-5:30pm and lost 45 minutes of our reservation time, including filling up the gas tank to use the van when the contract states it had over 1/4 tank. She did not explain that the blankets needed to be returned and folded, and that there was a possible cleaning fee charge, so we had to stay past our reservation time just to fold the blankets for her. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I have rented from this location before without so many issues.

She was efficient, professional, friendly beyond compare, and Sylvia really set me up for success today with my big move! I would not only recommend this location to others, but I would do it based solely on the amazing level of customer service that i experienced with Sylvia. My only recommendation for improvement would be a giant sign on 1st avenue :) I will be coming here again for my rentals. 5 stars. A million stars!!

Patrick M.Hadn't been cleaned at all. Ashes and smoke smell from previous customer were overwhelming. The van had been in an accident so one door wouldn't shut properly and kept beeping. The steering wheel was sticky.

I unfortunately confirmed an incorrect odometer reading than what was the actual amount so I ended paying for an additional approx. 50 miles more than I used, but I understand it was my fault for not recognizing this and assuming the number was correct on the electronic check in link. The gas gauge was also not working properly on the van; the employee stated that van was at 1/8 full but upon starting the van the tank showed E and gave a low fuel warning. After adding $20 worth of fuel, the gauge did not move and still gave a low fuel warning.
