This is an automotive glass repair facility which also handles UHaul, however they were friendly and knowledgeable

It wasn't as easy as uhaul told me. I'm not happy with the reservation process. I was told one thing and then everything changed. I would not recommend the lakeside location.

Hi, I rented from this location yesterday and was asked to return the trailer last night as you folks had it already rented for this morning. When returning the trailer last night was asked to park it in a specific location where when parking it there my personal vehicle and trailer were buried in rocks and gravel where the location had not been maintained causing damage to my back tires on my vehicle! I then had to hire someone to come told me out of the U-Haul driveway as I could not pull myself out and I am very upset I have reached out to the phone line at UHAUL as well as sent a email waiting for someone's response .

Rude, unhelpful. Confusing - location was changed with no explanation or instructions. Called the new location - nasty and rude. Told me their office would be closed - couldn't pick up a truck then. Went to original location - rude staff, not helpful - told me I had to download app and pick up truck at changed location. Will never rent from either place again - awful experience.

A trailer reservation was completed online with the local corporate U-haul location close to this dealer. The corporate folks redirected the reservation to this location where the equipment was available. I chose to pay for damages if they occurred and NOT to pay for insurance on the rental. Somehow, I was still charged at the lowest insurance rate after arriving at the dealership. This did not seem right. The amount was modest, but the principle was annoying. If I was to be passed on to another agent for the rental, I deserved to know that my original reservation would be honored.

I was unable to get ahold of anyone the day I turned it in but they were very helpful getting things squared away.

I give this location an excellent rating, but a poor rating for U-Haul. We made the reservation for this trailer months in advance but got a call the day before the pickup telling us the closest trailer for our reservation was 175 miles and 3 hour drive each way away. I spent $150 in gas and 6 hours to go get the trailer before I could get started loading.

I was told at the first place that a few extra days should be fine. And then this place billed me. I was traveling with two children across 5 states no way to do that in a couple days

Got there on a Monday to drop off my trailer and the only person that is at that location was gone to take her kids somewhere & I was told she would be gone for a few hours and that she is usually gone for hours every day. I was told I could unhook the trailer myself & just leave it and they would leave the girl a note. That's rediculous.

I almost always use U-Haul for my moving needs. I'm not exactly happy about this experience though. Even though there was a return location MUCH CLOSER to my home when I was done using the truck, I went to the return facility that they asked me to go to and then charged ME the ADDITIONAL mileage afterwards. I'm not making that mistake again. They can move their own vehicles from now on.

For some reason I can't fathom they didn't submit my return in a timely manner. I got a call asking me where the equipment was, and told them I had dropped it off at the requested location, and the lady was kind enough to document it.

I returned truck swept and in condition I received it in. It also had more gas than when I picked it up. The uhaul app they use for return did not like the pictures and charged me a cleaning fee. The girl working couldn't do anything about it and the computer locked her out. I an NOT a SATISFIED customer and will tell everyone I know about this scam to get a cleaning fee.
