Unprofessional and need better management

George CTrying to use the Uhaul app for check-in is a joke. We couldn't get checked in. Had to call Uhaul to get us the truck key and that took us 30 minutes after we wasted 30 minutes trying to use the app. The business owner never showed up till an hour or 2 after the stated open time. We requested furniture blankets and they were not provided. Do not recommend this location at all.
Leslie GThis trailer did not have a jack but other than that it worked great and was very clean. I just had to pick up the trailer tongue by hand when dropping it off.

Sal LThe truck smelled like smoke. I have asthma and it made me sick. This is not the 1st time this happened. My son years ago had the same problem when he returned a u haul rental truck. These trucks should be sprayed inside to remove that terrible smell. And the customer who smoked in it should be charged a extra fee for the cleaning

Tony & Kimberly are very knowledgeable about U-Haul products and make sound suggestions about the best equipment for the needs of me and my family. Whether I am using the 24/7 process or standing at the counter the customer service is A+.

Augusto RWas charged $6 because I only returned 23 moving pads instead of 24 which is what I was supposed to receive but see previous comments. I only received 23 but did not drive back to my pickup location a SECOND time to get the missing moving pad since I had already gone back once before since they forgot to give me my pads when I picked up truck. Would appreciate you crediting me back my $6. Especially considering I returned the truck with more fuel than I had when I picked up the truck

Tony TOnly use this location because it is closer than anything else. I was stood up for a directly coordinated pickup on Sunday and had to drive to Richmond for pickup and pay 1 way instead of round trip costs ($100+ extra). At drop off, no one was there, but did show after about 20 minutes. Helpful in parking at that point, but did provide paperwork or close the contract.

Reginald RThis location was full of cars. There was very little space to put the trailer (18-22' x 26' including the sidewalk cut ). I eventually had to start over and then back up across both lanes of a busy highway to get the trailer on to the property, while several cars approached and then had to wait. It was dangerous to do by myself. The location could be good, but there needs to be a place to pull in turn around and leave or pickup a trailer.

David CLocation can be a little tight to get into since it is also a location for vehicle maintenance. Employee was very helpful getting trailer hooked up. Trailer was in good condition and was perfect for my needs. I would definitely use Uhaul at this location again.

ANTHONYHARRIS TIt made moving so much easier! The man at the customer service desk was so helpful and helped answer all my questions beforehand and then once I arrived after making the online reservation. The process was very easy going and anytime I move or know someone else who is moving, I will definitely be referring the u-haul truck.
