The service at 2G's was excellent but This was not the original location I was supposed to use. The original location did not have a truck ready and I had to wait on hold for 30 minutes to get sent to 2G's, which added almost 10 miles to my trip
Craig BOnly complaint is that the pad lock to secure the back I couldn't get it to lock.

Keir ANothing. Here is my experience. First, I called Rt#896 Shell @ 804 S. College Ave. Newark De. to confirm the pricing and availability of a towable trailer. This location did not have the size. However, the Shell attendant said he would locate one. He did at 2 G's location. (What I found hard to believe that the attendant at the Shell location spent 5-7 minutes with me to find me the trailer I needed and didn't make any sale with me.) GREAT COMPANT SERVICE!! I picked up the trailer at 2G's Supply and received quick and professional service. Especially the service person at 2G's, the owner's grandson. He assisted me in a very friendly manner. He lifted the trailer on my hitch, hooked up the lights and chains and went on to explain details of the trailer. When I returned the trailer later that day the grandson, Isaiah greeted me with a smile and said I'll be right with you. Again, he helped me back up the trailer, unhooked everything on the truck and trailer and I was on my way in a few minutes. I will highly recommend U-Haul based on these experiences. Thanks,

George VI have never had a really big issue extending my rental but this location said I couldn't extend my rental because I had already extended it 2 times. I had called 1 800 uhaul and they said they couldn't extend my rental because the location needed to do a mileage check which I have never heard of and when I called that's when the guy told me I had already extended it w times. I will not be renting from this location anymore

garland jOur drop off location was changed while we were enroute, on the email we receied dit indicated it was not open Mondays until noon. That was going to be a problem, but we went by early the someone was already there and checked our trailer in and was most helpful. Monday noon was going to make us really late for the next leg of the trip. thankfully, we did not have to wait.

Paula CSo I set up my vehicle pointing the wrong direction because there was a concrete wall to the immediate left of the trailer that I was backing up to. So that was my fault. When I pulled out with my vehicle pointed in the wrong direction, to the left, I ended up in a really hairy situation. The best way out at that point was to slowly and methodically "walk" it into a less hairy position with a lot of back and forth. However, the employee who helped me hook up the trailer refused to let me complete that procedure without constant interruption. Employee wanted me to simply turn my steer tires to the right. I couldn't. In forward and reverse, the hitch moves in the direction opposite the steer tire. I wanted the hitch to move to the right, so I couldn't move the steer tires to the right. I had to keep the steer tires pointed to the left or straight. Employee strongly disagreed. Employee believed I was confusing reverse dynamics with forward dynamics. I wasn't. Employee's interruptions made it very difficult for me to focus on correctly completing the "walk" procedure. But it was my mistake for setting up wrong to begin with. Apart from that, they were very lenient with me for returning the trailer a tad late afterwards.

GARY RSuperior customer service. This is a family owned business who take customer satisfaction seriously. Prior to finding 2 G's, I went to two other Uhaul locations (both were gas stations). One asked me to step aside so he could sell cigarettes and lottery tickets to the person behind me. The other place didn't have a single person working there and the store was locked. It was refreshing to find the high quality from 2 G's. I'm glad I found them, rented the truck, and felt confident with the process.
