I filled the truck back up to the previous fuel level. However when I parked the truck at the return it was on a bit of an incline, which it wasn't when I picked it up. I tried to contact the store to argue the fuel charges but never would get any response. VERY unhappy that they wouldn't communicate with me about the issue. I will never go to this location or recommend them at all!

Good place to rent from. I have rented from you all in the past. Truck was a little dirty up front, some dirt in the back, but nothing that affected its functionality. The way the truck was parked, I was boxed in on a few sides. I'm just fine driving those trucks and backing it out of that area through the snow, but I was surprised at the parking as that may have been an issue for other drivers. Thank you for the service!

One of the four tires on the auto transport trailer was flat, and had only 20 PSI of air pressure. I added air and had no other issues to report on my trip. The pickup process was smooth and easy with this location.

Easy check in.

They lied to me about my contract. They said I could drop it off anywhere. When I went in to return it I was told that the Logan office lied to me and I had it drive it to another location.

My experience there was top-notch, number one!

I went to three logan utah locations an hour prior to the return time requirement and none of them were open for business.

The young man I spoke with was very friendly and clear and concise in his communications with me. Checked my equipment in quickly and sent me a receipt promptly.

I could not do the online return. The app could not verify my GPS location. I took pictures as the online video instructed but was not able to complete the return. We arrived at 7 o'clock as we were redirected to a different location where we were told they were not receiving any vehicles. I had to wait until 8 o'clock when the employee did arrive according to the time schedule on the door of the office. He took the key and said he would check me out and send an invoice. I was charged eight dollars and his email showed that the gas tank was not quite full. The photo I have showing the mileage and the gas gauge, shows that the tank was full and even over filled. Instructions for parking the vehicle indicated that the van should be parked in the field. That area was very on organized truly just a field. Very disappointed in the service and the outcome of the delivery. Not to mention the app did not work.

Have gone above and beyond to facilitate services.

The return was so simple and easy. I'm a Uhaul customer for life!

Better customer service!!!! equipment was checked-in hours after drop off .location is by appointment only no on-site staff. Equipment is just left in a dirt lot.

Due to covid they were only by appointment. I called the number and was told to park it and leave it and they would check it in later. Not really customer service at all. Guess our "new reality" is making it difficult for all.

How about don't charge your customer twice for the truck rental then be “unable” to issue a refund. Or how about don't fucking charge me for not filling up the truck with gas when it was exactly where I was instructed to fill it to? I drove my things 26 miles and it almost cost me $300 including the boxes and shit I had to buy from you. Worst experience with U-haul ever and I've moved 18 times. You can keep the fucking money you stole from me because you definitely need it more than I do. Your company has lost a customer.

The truck we rented was filthy inside. Previous users spilled a soda on the floor and all over the steering wheel. Floor covered with seed shells. No wiper fluid. Had to use my own fluid and stop to clean steering wheel off so could drive safely. Got to destination and they charged ME for the filth!!!! NOT OK

The A/C I'm the Van I was using was broken and it was 102 degrees that day. Honestly that was kinda ridiculous.

The people were friendly and efficient. Helpful in every way both picking up and dropping off. They did exactly what they said they would do. The equipment was in good condition and performed well. A good experience.

I didn't ever get my $100 deposit back and my truck was returned with 3/4 tank of fuel rather than 1/4. Very disappointed in my first experience ever using U-Haul.

It was the best experience with U-Haul I have had.

Te right windshield wiper never worked. Best to check out the vehicles before you rent them out. I drove in a rain store to my destination and luckily the driver side wiper was fine.

Happy with service at this location. We had a reservation at another location previously but the person was extremely rude so we canceled and came to this location for our rental.

Aris at 2 guys and a truck went above and beyond in taking of us. I highly recommend U-Hayl to anyone and especially 2 guys and a truck. Thanks again Aris

The attendent was going to charge me for not sweeping out the back of the truck, but it was not swept when i picked it up. I needed the truck to move an ovetsized table so there was nothing to make the back dirty.
