The truck was filthy inside and out including the cab. I was given the truck on empty.

Truck was dropped off after hours. The person showed up. After we sent a text to the number at the gate But communication was a bit off he didn't seem to understand English because he sort of left us stand there with no clue of if all is ok or not so I had to ask is there anything else we need to do then he said no it's fine.
Carrie W.Manager gave me the wrong copy of the contract. So when I went to go fill the truck up I was short in the amount needed to return it as it was given to me. This resulted in me having to pay an enormous amount for 4,1 gallons of gas.

He didn't have my dolly I had paid for. Finally after calling someone on the phone and arguing with them for 30 minutes, he finally agreed to give me the truck. What a joke!
Philip N.I used the auto check in prior to arriving and still had to sit in an office for over 45 minutes while the only guy there tried to use their computer to check me in again. He didn't speak English, so I am unsure what the problem was, but two other customers behind me in line chose to go elsewhere because they too had checked in online, but where told they had to wait and go through this lengthy check in process too. The guy checking me in could not get my CC to work, and my bank said it must be a problem on uhauls end, because nothing was wrong with my CC. If there had been a car hauler trailer anywhere else, I would have taken my business elsewhere too. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. On top of that, this uhaul employee took advantage of me not speaking Spanish and charged me an extra 8 $for something I had declined when I checked in online. I will never use or recommend uhaul again.
