Very shocked to find out that the trucks were water resistant…not waterproof. I don't know how you waterproof a bedroom set. We drove in the rain and loss some items to water damage inside the truck….found a sticker on the wall of the truck after the trip…..people need to have the truck rental places verbally tell you that the truck is not waterproof.
KEITH BWindshield wipers on truck was never working good the wiper blades are bad needs to be replaced. The truck keep turned off and on.

Matthew MThe Uhaul truck that we used had a roof/ siding leak. While the day that I moved my stuff was a rainy day, and it rained all day, it is still not acceptable for the truck to have a leak. Some of my boxes got soaked with my books and other items.

Sharon HInside of truck had stains. Dried stains that could have been dried have been dried blood or I don't know dried pudding.
Felicia KIt's really nice how U-Haul charges $30 for returning a vehicle below 1/4 tank but only give a $7 credit for the next person. Especially when U-Haul did absolutely nothing to earn the remaining $23.
William JScott and Dean were great and made the process extremely easy. in and out in under 2 minutes! and they have a great self storage business too.

ihor bLocation and customer service were top notch. The vehicle was clean but has a transmission issue.
RUSSELL SAs usual, the phone app never seems to work when picking up, or dropping off the truck. App freezes, or just shows a blank white page. I didn't want to use the app to pick up the truck, but I had no choice, and couldn't switch to counter service in my order. I am 0 for 3 when using the app instead of counter service. It makes for a stressful transaction. However, the counter service people were very helpful in finalizing the transaction.

Frank HI have no problem with the location. They were a lifesaver... I do however have a huge problem with U-Haul and how they handled my pickup. I couldn't pick up my truck with my cell phone like it was set up for. I was transferred 3 times to different U-Haul customer service reps and none could help me with my situation. After being on hold for 30+ minutes with no progress, the worker at 21st storage arrived an hour early thankfully and was able to get me in my truck and on my way. There was zero help from U-Haul and I will never use U-Haul again. It said we don't recognize device we will send a verification code. Hit that never got the email for verification code. But the verification code came in at 2:00pm! My pickup was for 7:30am!!!! That is an absolute joke. I don't know what kind of business you run on Sundays but it really hampered my move and got me off to a late start and left me feeling angry and very disappointed. Thanks for nothing. Big thanks to 21st Storage though without Scott we wouldn't of had a truck till 2pm apparently.

sylvia sWe arrived before the facility was officially open to use your 24/7 service, but a kind gentleman greeted us and kindly helped us get the van we reserved. He explained everything clearly and patiently and got us on our way. Merci!
Jeffrey WThe van stunk of cigar smoke and the empty box was left behind . The inside front windshield was coated with smoke film. It made my wife sick to her stomach so she could not drive in the van. I would like a partial refund due to the inconvenience this created.
