Provide WiFi for accessing the required internet connection to upload information. Send appropriate contact information in email and/or text. Not phone number to the nearest office. Kinda need the number to the office I was dealing with.

Kristian KnowltonThe lady was EXTREMELY busy & didn't have time so I waited till her help drove up and all he did was take the keys & said the $20 gas would even out with my $100 deposit. I'm yet to see the rest of my deposit back into my account.

Saundra Salazarno one was there to help and was not a self check in. took an hour on phone to have uhaul check me in. Very dirty truck. previous people left clothes and soda spilled everywhere. bed of truck full of mud. None of my ordered supplies were provided. i had to drive to another town to get my dolly and pads, etc. no phone call previous day to warn me either
AMANDA GUADAMUZThe trailer was FULL of fiberglass insulation when we got it home. It had not been cleaned out from the previous renter. Also, the online price showed the rental to be around $150. The actual cost was around $230. When we asked about this, the employee just said "When you book online, they don't tell you about all the fees." I won't make the mistake of using this facility again.

James SagerMy issue is with the fact that I got a text within less than 24 hours to say my original pickup time was changed to 5 hours later. I had to call get another location and was charged extra fee. I think you should at least notify a person 24 hour in advance if you are changing pickup time. As for a Roscoe location the person was very helpful
Lillie RodgersThe leasing agent was fantastic she was very professional and knowledgeable. The equipment handler was also outstanding. Explained everything prior to getting over the equipment to me. After he finished explaining he asked if there was any questions.
Mark ColemanMajor screw up between ordering online and the local place not getting the message. Almost didn't get to rent the UHaul. Check into your communications with the local distributors.

Richard ParsonsIt was my first time to go to this location, so I had to go to three different buildings to find the office. So I would suggest showing a more accurate location as to where the U-Haul office is. Once we were there, everyone was super friendly and very helpful. No problems at all. I will definitely use their service again, if I need to.

Richard ParsonsWe had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive that knew how to rent the Uhaul equipment out to us. They had no dollies or moving blankets which we originally had ordered.
MICHAEL JAMESNo one was where they said they'd be at pickup. Having to drive 30 miles to pickup was a waste to me, when there's a reputable dealer in my town. The vehicle itself was in good shape.
TERRISU MANNRepresentative was great in getting us checked in & set up. Ensured dolly & pads. Was very personable, helpful & took care of us quickly. Good to ensure every customer is told: 1. How to work sliding back door. 2. How fast can you drive the truck or rig. 3. How many gallons per tank. 4. Take picture of mileage & amt of gas. 5. Ck truck or rig for any damage. 6. Ensure when air in tires were last ck'd.
